Simply amazing. I've received the kindest, most professional and expert care from the moment that I met with Dr. Prizycki to the completion of my treatment. I was in an auto accident that left a 2 inch scar in the middle of my forehead. During my initial consultation with Dr. P, rather than him just scheduling a scar revision for me (which he could have), he carefully explained what he could and couldn't guarantee, including the possibility of their being no change at all. I appreciated his honesty and not just going forward with a procedure that may not have been successful.

But, he didn't give up on me. It was like a light bulb went off in his head as our meeting was concluding. He would have performed the procedure as there was a chance that it would provide the results I was looking for, but he recalled a fairly new procedure that his aesthetics department was performing and wanted me to chat with them before I left.

Sure enough, he got me in for a consult with Carla immediately and the rest is history. Carla is AMAZING! Her understanding of the needs of my melanated skin as well as her expertise in using Profraction for scars has given me my self - confidence back! The long, dark scar was the only thing I could see when I looked in the mirror for months. Now, though it will never be completely gone, it's barely noticeable.

Every visit, the scar lightened and flattened more and more and Carla was careful to not over treat the area, rather use the technology to support the body's ability to heal. Today, I am amazed at how much progress has been made. I feel like myself again!

The office staff is so caring and made me feel significant and cared for every single time I was there. From offering me creamer once when I mentioned my Dunkin coffee was bitter, to listening to my testimony one day at checkout with compassion, encouragement and support, after just four visits I feel like I'm a part of the family. I so appreciate the compliments on my perfume, the welcoming smiles and greetings, and the overall serene environment the staff has created. Though my appointments are short, I feel so good every time I leave.

Last but not least, back to the specialist of all specialists...Carla. On my second visit, I had the epiphany to ask her for advice on a product for my youngest son who has been struggling with cystic acne. She suggested a product that I purchased that day and 2 months later my son's skin is almost perfectly clear and nearly as soft as a baby's bottom. He has tried so many products that I can't even keep track of them all. From over the counter to subscriptions to commercial and on line "dermatologists", nothing at all worked until the product she recommended. He is, in his 18-yr old male way, over -the-moon ecstatic (even though his emotions are well-contained).

Now it's my turn to do something "fun" as Carla called it. My scar revision treatment was on a serious note, but now it's time to move on from the trauma to a fresh, new me! I have oily skin that can be sensitive to some products, so I've never had a facial. Carla literally read my mind as I was going to ask her what we could do next for my overall facial care as I've come to my final treatment for the scar. On my last follow-up for the scar, we're going to discuss doing the "fun stuff" and I'm so excited! I'll be 45 in just a few months and I've been blessed with fairly decent skin. I've always been skeptical with this sensitive skin, but as I see how AMAZING Carla looks and what she's done for my son and I, she has my complete trust! I look forward to glowing as I enter my 45th year!

I am a 37 year old mother of three. Pregnancy, nursing and motherhood left my body forever changed in which no amount of diet and exercise was going to return my body to it’s previous glory. After finally hitting and maintaining my weight loss goal this past year, I decided it was time to move forward with plastic surgery to restore me to my best.

I spent months researching surgeons, studying before and after photos, saving every penny, and dreaming of a new body that could only be achieved by a skilled surgeon. After narrowing down my list, I scheduled, attended, and paid for consultations with surgeons in Raleigh, Cary and Charlotte. Consult after consult I left disappointed and disheartened. Every surgical plan, opinion and quote I was given was not only conflicting and confusing, but was also in complete opposition to my vision.

My consultation with Dr Purzycki was last on my schedule, but he was actually first on my top plastic surgeons list, and I quickly discovered why Wake Plastic Surgery should have been my one and only consultation right from the start! Upon arriving for my initial consult appointment, I was greeted by an inviting staff, a welcoming atmosphere, modern decor, and clean facilities. My wait time was maybe two minutes, after which Dr Purzycki personally retrieved me from the waiting area and escorted me to the patient room. Within the first 5 minutes of our conversation, I knew I had found my dream surgeon. Every consultation I’d had with previous surgeons lasted an hour at best. My first appointment with Dr Purzycki lasted two and a half. He was the only doctor I’d consulted with who intently listened to my vision and expectations, took body measurements and photos, thoroughly expressed his recommended surgical plan, delicately detailed every procedure, relieved my anxiety, and made me feel comfortable and confident with moving forward. I booked my my abdominoplasty, breast reduction with a lift and implants, and back liposuction that day!

Leading up to my surgery date, the entire staff at Wake Plastic was exceptional to work with, but the patient care coordinator, Janell, took my experience to the next level and then some. Janell was reassuring, supportive, and personably professional over countless phone calls and appointments. She always promptly returned my calls whenever I had questions, immediately emailed me detailed invoices upon each payment I made, and was always in an uplifting, genuinely happy mood. I absolutely loved working with Janell!

The day of my surgery was exciting and nerve-racking, but the anesthesiologist, nurses, staff, and Dr Purzycki all took great effort to make me feel comfortable each step of the way. After my procedures, Dr Purzycki called to personally check in and ensure I was recovering comfortably at home with no issues. I had his personal cell number in case I needed to reach him, had questions, etc, and when I did reach out to him directly, he quickly responded. This gesture was greatly appreciated not only by myself but by those close to me helping in my recovery at home.

I am now 5 weeks post op, and I am so in love with my results. My breasts are the ideal size and perky perfection, my belly button looks beautifully natural, my excess skin is nonexistent, my scars are healing beautifully, and I am even starting to see my ab muscles - a sight I never thought I’d see again. I cannot thank Dr Purzycki enough for his artistry! He exceeded my every hope and dream for my post-baby body. First of all, Dr. Stoeckel is an amazing Plastic Surgeon and he went above and beyond what I asked for when I went for my consultation. At my consultation he was very honest with me and told me that i wouldn't look like a size 2 barbie. I'm not thin to begin with. I was 172lbs and 5'2 when I went in and I had lost 50lbs over a period of 5 years leaving me with loose skin. I had a plan to lose at least 10 more pounds before surgery and he was completely honest that he could get me to looking a certain way, just not unrealistic or unreasonable. I found that acceptable since the previous Plastic Surgeon I had seen had wanted me to lose almost 60 more pounds and be between 102lbs and 125...that's unrealistic. We left that day with a goal and I found him to be a kind but reserved physician. His office staff is amazing and experienced...I run a Practice and I know good customer service and Janelle was exemplary. She went over everything with us and the cost - I was ready to get my ducks in a row. I went home and got everything rolling and then had it scheduled. The surgery came and everything and everyone made me feel comfortable except the one doing the surgery!! Don't get me wrong Dr. Stoeckel is a great surgeon and he's an artist in his own right, but making a patient feel comfortable he does not do!! The morning of surgery there I am in front of him in all my naked glory and he is totally quiet. Now granted, maybe it's because he's in the zone and drawing his lines but the key is to make the patient feel at ease and he missed the mark. I made a joke and he totally missed the point...which was to put my nerves at ease. I would say that he's just very work oriented and that's that. The surgery went well and the recovery has been a difficult one. For starters, Dr. Stoeckel is excellent with a knife and he did such a great job that he could really have the personality of Quasimodo and it wouldn't matter because in the end - he went above and beyond what I asked him to do. I asked him to take off the stomach I had hanging and do liposuction on my upper and lower back and he went and did wayyy more than that. He took off 11lbs of skin and 5600ml of fat. He took some fat from my hips, butt and extended the tummy tuck all the way to the back of my hip to make everything even and it looks so good. With that though came a lot of swelling, pain and stitches. Those that say you'll be fine after 2 weeks and doing normal activities - they are so wrong!! I am on week 5 and I am just now starting to feel halfway normal and by that I mean wash my hair and shower by myself. Maybe it's my age because I was in pretty good shape before this. I wasn't warned that I would be depressed and cry because I couldn't get up on my own...although I had an amazing surgeon, I didn't have an amazing provider who told me what I would feel after the surgery or the signs to look out for. My first week follow up consisted of changing my tape and telling me how to change it myself, telling me the swelling was normal and when I asked for a refill of pain pills because he had only given #30 - I felt like an addict. The visit lasted 7 minutes after driving for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Two of those minutes were of me trying to get up off the table. So although he is a brilliant surgeon, his bedside manner is sorely lacking or maybe my expectations are extremely high because I run a practice and I know what I expect of people. Otherwise, his staff makes up for what is lacking in his office visit. They are always pleasant and...
