GameStop — Attraction in Casper

I ordered something from. Them not last night but the night be for at 11 or 12 at night. Had to have it shipped to me because when I typed my location it said no stores in my area even though I live right down the street from the one at the mall. Well so I waited for a tracking number on my product and I'm still waiting. So what the hell is a rock shipping my product or wat 2 days to get a tracking table wow. I called a store yesterday to find out where it was being shipped from and know one knows god yeah that sounds like they got a handle on my shit. I don't recommend ordering online from this company buy it in person. So the 1 to 3 day shipping is a lie I got a email saying my product would be here may 6 2025 at 6 am yesterday I wake up this morning and it was pushed back to may 10th. So I guess they can't count ordered may2 won't be delivered tell may 10th. Well that doesn't sound like 1 to 3 business days to me. If your going to buy anything don't do it from this company. I have been a pro member of gamestop for roughly ten years now. They used to have fantastic customer service, and the staff USED TO be very knowledgeable and helpful. Now it seems like if you calm them, they seem bothered. If you need information on a product, they are very uknowledgeable, and seem like you should already know the answer. This location and staff is a joke. Every time I've pre-ordered something, I never get a call saying its arrived. I get lied to by employees saying they called and left voicemails. They don't have the item that I ordered and don't apologize for it.
