I don’t often like to share reviews based on just one experience, but I did want to make a note about an experience yesterday with an employee who was bagging my retail products…me being me… in an effort to save plastic bags, asked her to not use one of the bags for a big product that I had purchased. I even said “we can save a plastic bag this way…” as I’m leaving I see her get the bag and make it into a small ball to trash it, her words were “don’t worry about it. It’s just too difficult” to put it back in the little tray that holds the plastic bags. WOW really?! Jheeez I’m not sure if I’m more shocked about her lazy attitude or her complete lack of realization of what waste is doing these days to the planet disregarding the whole point of the conversation. Again , one employee… but guess what… work ethic can be contagious and so is very sad to see it first hand. Read moreMy wife and I went to Target to purchase things from our baby registry. We found the items we needed and at checkout we gave them our bar code for 15% off. It was scanned and we checkout out. Upon leaving we noticed the 15% off did not work. We went to customer service and showed them. It turns out we gave the cashier the wrong bar code to scan and that's why it didn't work. Steven came out to help us and went through every single baby item we purchased, typed in every single baby product were purchased his computer by hand, and got us our 15% discount. We caused a huge inconvenience, but Steven didn't bat an eye and was extremely patient and kind as he did this for us. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a customer...
Read moreI forgot to bring my Target Credit Card with me and at first the person in Customer Service gave me an attitude, like it would be next to impossible to charge unless I had the physical card and it upset me. Then I asked him if I could find a way to get my account number from my phone if I could still make a purchase. He said, oh if you registered a card with your phone you should be able to charge. It took a bit of effort on his part to finally make my purchase but I was a bit turned off by Target's policy. I don't think I like Target very much since they don't make it very convenient to charge AND / OR pay my...
