First I would like to compliment and thank Iziah Nutting for his excellent customer service. I'm in the process of renovating my kitchen and Iziah spent countless hours with me as I explored my options for ovens and stovetops. He was ALWAYS willing to answer my questions, and I had a lot of them. If he didn't have an answer, he found it. Iziah is very personable, and made the research experience painless. This is not my first experience with Direct Appliance. I have bought 2 dryers and a washing machine from them. The first dryer lasted about 14 years with the help of their repairman, Bill. He has also been able to extend the life of the washing machine and my dishwasher. Because of Bill's expertise, great customer service, and thoroughness, I decided to buy my new ovens and stovetop from Direct Appliance. I knew I would have great service from him, should anything go wrong with my new purchases. I bought the second dryer over the phone this past summer. We purchased a Maytag dishwasher this month and had a very positive buying experience. When I walked into the store, Iziah offered assistance in reviewing the brands and options. No hard sell. Prices are competitive with the big box stores. Direct Appliance services what they sell, which is a big plus. We didn’t hesitate to buy their reasonably priced 5 year extended warranty. Caleb did an excellent job in installing the dishwasher, arriving on time, cordially answering questions, and demonstrating experienced workmanship. One comment about dishwasher brands… Consumer Reports ranks the American brands well below Bosch; however, Direct Appliance has display models for several brands to compare and the Maytag and Kitchenaid models - both made by Whirlpool - impressed me more than Bosch. I had a GE load to deliver here. I called the day prior to my delivery to see about getting offloaded early. I had an appt time of 1000 and they let me show up 15 mins after they opened (0815). This was just to give their delivery drivers time to move their trucks out of the way. It is a snug place for a 53' dry van with a full sleeper. However, it is very doable. Just pull in close to the left side of the building (WATCH THE AWNING AT THE TOP OF THE BUILDING) and wrap around counter clockwise to the left using the entire paved area. Pull out into the street (when clear) and back on into the dock. I was in and out in just under 1 hour. They had 81 assorted appliances. They made quick work of it! Really nice people as well!
