So this review might be a little biased but I still wanted to share. I grew up with 2000's CEC. I've been to this location many times over my lifetime and many of my childhood birthday parties were here. I haven't been in since the remodel and let me just say, I feel the magic is lost. I recently went for my nephew's birthday and I was very saddened by how much was gone. The animatronic, the play place, the cool signs, all gone. Replaced by big TV screens and a pretty small interactive screen floor. All the good games (besides the sonic spinner, the photo center, and the little kids basketball game) were also gone. Which I kinda understand, games break but still. I can definitely tell they are mostly targeting littler kids (3-7) but I feel like we can still have some fun bigger games that everyone can enjoy. Also, it is terribly hard to get tickets now a days! The tickets are also digital as well as tokens, which I really don't care for. I did try to play skeeball, swiped my card many times, and it kept saying it was going through but no balls were coming. Then I realized that the balls were not in the game. They could have at least put a sign saying the balls were missing. But, maybe they didn't know. We didn't get pizza (many because me and my family don't really like it) so I can't review that part. The main thing that made me sad is that there was no Chuck.e sighting. I always remember Chuck.e coming out and taking photos and I was kinda sad my nephew and niece couldn't take a picture with the big cheese. The bathrooms were alright (clean wise), but I miss the cute old signs with Chuck.e and Helen. The staff seemed nice. Overall, the place isn't terrible (my nephew and niece had fun) but it doesn't have the same character to it that it did. But I guess nothing stays the same. At least I get to remember the golden age of...
Read moreWe travel all over the US and have a 16 month old. The quality and cleanliness of Chuck E Cheese has really gone down BUT this one was the cleanest that we have visited. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza on the lunch bar was kept fresh and hot with a decent variety for adults and kids. The staff was friendly anf helpful and for the first time this year, Chuck E, himself, actually came out every hour when they announced he would! All of the other places had it announced but he has always been a no show. Good job you guys! I've probably been to over 20 locations and you are hands down the best!
The only constructive I have is that I wish they had a toddler playground for the little ones. They like to climb and slide too (and that's more fun for them than most games) but the big tubes are a little too much for them. And there needs to be a few more baby toy choices with the tickets. It was hard finding something suitable and not a choking hazard. (Rattles, hand puppets, toddler sized...

The puedo corporate boardroom seating for 200 is great and all, but you don't have that many spaces to play games. You don't have enough consoles to support those kinds of numbers, if 80% of the building was playing at one time, without a play area anymore, there would be lines at about every single one of the games.
If you are in the business of entertaining children for unlimited amounts (theoretically) that they pay for in 30-60 minute blocks, you had better give them something to do with that time. Something better than waiting around for their turn to grab someone else's ski ball because they only had 2 when they started playing.
Your pizza was good, and I did appreciate the non-caffinated drinks for the kids, and the price was reasonable, but I have a feeling if there had been more people at that time, some kids wouldn't be...
