Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cedar Falls

See now I love this place dont get me wrong it's a very nice place to eat but today on the 24th was my first bad experience. there for one it was quite normally theres some music or something playing but these guys up in here was so quite they seemed all new because I'm normally there atleast 3times a month if not more. This will be my first time seeing them. all the old people I've known remind you was not there either today or not there at all. but besides that they took forever to come up and take our orders they was arguing behind the counter they forgot who they was serving and who they was not serving and forgot our drink and there was also hair in my food!!! Edit months later: count ya days Taco Bell y’all about to get sued over those “loaded” fries. Made my jaw drop.I also have not heard or seen from my girl so I’m taking 2 stars away. Count ‘em.

Came back to edit this and say this in case y’all don’t understand, this isn’t even the first time I’ve encountered this nice lady, but every single time (I come here a LEAST once a week ok) she has the same exact happy joyful peaceful personality. This place used to have good customer service, but it is going down hill. Twice now I stopped for breakfast and never got anything to eat. The first time on 9/13/15 about 8 or 8:30 am I stopped and a couple of workers that were waiting in the parking lot said that the manager wasn't there yet to open the door. Then the other day, 10/16, I stopped and tried to go in but the door was locked, so I went through the drive through and they said that they were short handed so the lobby was closed. I was going to order at the drive through but they didn't have the breakfast menus showing so I didn't know what they had so I left.
