pOpshelf — Attraction in Cedar Hill

Visited on 5/19/25. I have previously shopped at this location and was very pleased. Upon entering on this day at least 4 associates in the store were mildly conversating. No one greeted me nor my daughter,, which ok,, fine. As she and I are browsing I instantly felt a sharp pain in my shoulder blade as I'm recouping from a pinched nerve. I handed my handbag to my daughter so I could stretch for a second. Suddenly one of the female associates instantly comes down the isle we are on and pretends to adjust items and stares at my Brahmin. As positive as I "usually" try to be, it was obvious and my daughter definitely noticed the behavior as well. Nonetheless we kept looking at items and the young lady was on the same isle again,, glaring but yet never spoke or just played it off and asked if we needed help! MANAGERS, pls provide some type of customer relations training for your employees. After this experience I will NEVER venture into this store again. I will spend my dollars where...
