I came here last week and the service was horrible! We ordered food and waited about 30+ minutes. We then saw a couple sit next to us while we were waiting and their food came out right away. I then went inside to go check on our order and it was sitting on the window for I don't know how long. I asked the lady for the food and she gave it to me and it was cold! AND the smoothie was melted. I took the food anyway and the lady working in the window seemed to be bothered that I had gone to ask for it! The only reason I went to ask was because it had already been more than 30 minutes since we had ordered it! They also got the order wrong because I was missing the extra chips I had paid for and a dessert!! I then visited the same location today and my order was again wrong and cold!! One of my sisters also had her order wrong, was missing items, and her food was cold! My other TWO sisters had also ordered and they waited 30+ minutes for their food and it never came out so they went to ask for it. They ended up not eating anything and they just left because they were tired of waiting for their order to come out! It never came out! It's just a complete mess in there!! Another customer that was sitting cross from us also said that they burned their bread and that they got their order wrong. People are not doing their jobs right and the managers lack leadership skills! They were not that busy and had enough people working there to get the orders right, but they still got peoples orders wrong. When I called customer service to complain they said I would receive a gift card to compensate for the bad experience, however, I never received anything! Panera really needs to address these issues with this location! It's ridiculous that they have such bad service here!
Update: I received a $7 gift card for my "bad experience". It's pretty ridiculous since I usually spend about $30+ every visit, and I would usually go at least once a week. That's $120+ a month. I will not be returning to this location nor any other Panera location. They don't take care of their customers! Such a slap...
Read moreJust left this Panera Bread very hungry, annoyed, and dissatisfied. For my first time experience coming into this place I'm very disappointed with the staff and customer service. After having to change an entire order because this establishment ran out of spinach. In addition to that my first time here and I ordered a soufflé and made sure to ask if they had it. They said yes. When we received our drinks and 1 meal the waiter mentioned my soufflé so I thought it wont be long to get. I never received it. After waiting 30mins for my soufflé. I went ahead to ask a waiter on the status of my soufflé and he came back telling me they didn't have any. I was so lost with this information. We asked to speak with the manager and her name is Veronica, already being annoyed and frustrated surely she will make it right. Right? Wrong after example my situation she started by asking who took our order. It was Sam well then she responded well same is new here and when someone orders a soufflé it's always given right to the customer as they are ordering. I told her well it's my first here as well I didn't know that. However we asked sami if you had the soufflé I ordered and she said yes. Veronica then said well Sami is new in our morning. No apologies for my inconvenience or nothing. She then asked if I wanted a sandwich cool I can substitute for my soufflé.. Nahh we go to the register to offer my sandwich but by then I just realized there was no empathy from the manager I was already inconvenienced with time and no apologies or even owning up to the lack of customer service by Veronica so my money wasn't gonna still in ordering and more time added to wait for food. I told Veronica to just provide us the soufflé refund and that's it. That's when she finally apologies. Lol smh. The last two orders were missing the extra avocado that we paid for so I called the store to inform the manager. A male associate answered the phone, we were off to a great start, I informed of the missing avocado. He then proceeded to say to me "well, if you ordered extra avocado then there's the right amount of avocado in the bowl." He then instantly offered for me to speak with a manager. A lady name MS. DANIELLE came on the line and before I could get the entire story out verbatim, she yelled at me "He is the best and nicest employee I have in my store, and I will not allow you to bash him!" I was immediately confused as to what I said that was bashing when all I did was attempt to relay the story, but I was cut off. I then asked for the number to corporate and she said, "you can find it yourself, look it up online" and hung up in my face so I called back. She must've known that it was me because she answered the phone in a very rude tone. I again asked for the number to corporate in which she told me to find it myself and hung up. MS. DANIELLE IS RUDE and sloppy, and I can't believe such a reputable company has such a person in face-to-face leadership. MS. DANIELLE displays poor customer service skills and lacks the appropriate tools to retain customers with her poor approaches.
