I went in there because I was told it’s a good place to go. Right when I walk in an older gentleman with glasses starts to answer my questions about a couple PC components I’m looking into getting. He immediately tells me I don’t need what I’m looking for (before I even have a chance to say I’m replacing, not adding onto) and starts to explain what RAM is to me like I’m a 5 year old. And not polite, but like someone talking down to someone. I have a degree in Computer Science FYI and have been building gaming rigs and office computers since 2001, so 20 years. So after a verbal belittling and not getting a chance to speak I ask about a power cord for a old monitor that I have. Again, he speaks in a belittling tone and speaks to me like he was either annoyed, not having a good day, or as if he didn’t like me (total stranger). I understand people have bad days but he was speaking to me like he for some reason didn’t like me and/or he was extremely annoyed. It was very off putting!

So I ask about a power cable and in what came off as an extremely belittling tone, he starts to explain the differences in power cables. Which I appreciated but the tone was extremely unprofessional. He then said they’re cheap, around 10$ish. I go to the counter and am about to buy it and it’s then 30$.

Again I understand people have bad days but in my own personal opinion it was not a pleasant experience. Maybe I was just getting the wrong feel off him as well and if I was I suppose I apologize but I don’t think I was. I am extremely well versed in the process of building computers, writing multitudes of different code, and setting up professional business networks. I knew exactly what I wanted (other than the power cable to a 20 year old monitor) and he would not let me finish to ask for it and after the condescending tone I had no urge to finish asking him. I hope I’m getting the wrong feel off of him but I will not be returning. I did buy a flash drive which works at least so that’s a plus haha.

This is just my personal experience and I’ve heard nothing but good things from this place as well. I hope the best for their business because I love PCs and the business of repairing and...

I will give you a five-star rating you do amazing work you did on our brand new PC, but how you spoke to me i was blown away! Look i know stapels messed up our brand new business PC and i was mad at that too. I honestly dont know what the kid was thinking when he did the data transfer. Like i told you in the store, we have tryed countless times to back up our quickbooks on an external stick, buying the biggest possiable and to no avail quick books would say nope cant do it. Our reformat extunral drive. We backed it up daily to itself. Witch i see in your book is bad! And im sorry you can back up your quick books to something. Ours never will let us. You'all do great work, but how to sopke to me when i came to get my computer was jaw dropping. That computer is our Livelihood. Ypu hauler and disnt look at me one time you kept turning around to look at your laptop you were working with someone on theirs also. But you never looked at me. You looked at the wall pointing and useing yo ir hands to explain things. Im so lost i dont know how to get to where ever you saod the files is! I dont take to yelling im more of a hands on learner. I left your store feeling I like i was the bad guy. Why you were ticked at me i have no idea I get it we have off...

Great place to get work done friendly, fast and fairly priced this is my third visit. First I had to get a laptop power connection repaired my second visit was a forgotten password And this last I bought a refurbished gaming desktop online came filthy and with a with a not so well working cpu cooler they were able to diagnose and repair my issues as well as explaining a few things about computers to me as I am a novice and have many things I am learning will continue to use them for all my computing needs. They went above and beyond to satisfy their customer when i got my computer back this last time after a cleaning and thermal paste i thought due to a conversation i had at drop off they may have changed settings something im not good at yet, turns out it was actually the cooler which they showed i had thought the noise was from the fan. Thanks you tube. With both trips and all they did i fully expected to pay more then i did and still paid less then i had originally allotted for the first part of this pc journey Thank you...
