We had a great first experience at RCB but the last two times have been so disappointing that we won’t be back. The second time we went, the bagel was a bright yellow color and the $4 Mac and cheese was a small serving that tasted like Stouffers. We decided to try again & stopped in on Saturday morning for breakfast around 11. We ordered two OG breakfast sandwiches on plain bagels with an additional plain bagel with cream cheese. None of the bagels were fully toasted, and the breakfast sandwiches were inedible even after we heated them up. Neither had cheese, and the eggs and bacon were dry. The plain bagel did not have cream cheese on it, but a thick smear of butter and we had to throw it away. We were disappointed after spending $20 on a breakfast - which is a lot of money to throw away these days. The service was lackluster - there were only a few people in the shop, and it took several minutes to acknowledge me. I stood at the pay counter while they made our food and saw the person making drinks was struggling. When she asked a coworker for help, she was told no & I felt bad as she clearly needed more training or help behind bar and the other customer was clearly upset about her smoothie. When they brought my bagels over, I had to tell them I hadn’t paid yet, and they finally rang me out. As a small business owner i won’t give a 1 star review to a small business in our community. I’m giving 3 stars because while we won’t be back again, I truly hope and believe that they can turn their service and quality around and continue to have success!

First time eating here. Heard about this place from a friend. The place was very clean. It was lunchtime, and we tried a few items from their menu. The bagels were fresh, doughy, (not dried out and chewy). The Bagel dog was made with a quality dog, large, 1/4# dog, wrapped in a cheesy Bagel. The Gyro Bagel, made on a garlic Bagel, loaded with Greek flavors. The Accountant Bagel, full of meats, delicious. The legal sandwich makers were very helpful, explaining the ordering process. I have only one concern about this place. As a first-time visitor, it was very confusing on how to order and/or pay. The sign said pay here. However, the menu and Bagel counter were across the room. You ordered the bagels at one counter and ordered your beverages at the "pay here" counter(which was also the espresso counter). It's a little confusing. The food was great, and I'm looking forward to trying other menu items.

We were on the hunt for a good bagel shop on our way to Seattle and found this perfect spot right off of I-5 in Centralia. We hit the jackpot! I can’t believe we haven’t stopped here before, but we will definitely be coming again! It’s just a quick stop right off the freeway and easy to get right back on. The owners were friendly and very helpful and make some amazing food! We tried The Rock breakfast bagel and the TBLT (turkey blt). There are SO many different types of bagels, spreads and toppings to choose from. The espresso is great too! So much more variety other than bagels. They have soups, salads, yogurt parfaits, and many other baked items. We will definitely be back!

One of my favorite places to vist, the food is always fresh and made with love. It's accessible to my disabled father and my disabled self too, if you have sensory issues try to stop by during more quiet hours to avoid the sounds of the crowds. If you're driving by, on your way to or from work, on a road trip, etc, feel free to drop by for the best bagels in Washington! There's fresh pressed juice, coffees and energy drinks, hot macaroni and vegan options. You can order ahead, dine in, or take it to go, perfect for breakfast or brunch! Its a joy here, its easy to laugh and smile, to find community with the staff and fellow patrons. I've made a lot of progress with my ARFID due to the support from the owners, they encourage me to try new things, but understand my need for comfort food. They love to make sure my type 1 diabetes father doesn't leave with low blood sugar, I trust them to do right by him when I'm not there beside him. I cannot recommend them enough, whether you vist with your family, bring a date or friend, or pickup an order for your office get-together, you will find the perfect bagel, dish, and drink for you! There's always a seasonal flare to the cafe, cards and flyers for indie bands, events and countless professionals line the checkout counter and in front of the dessert case. Look for the mouse hole! They have their own mini seasonal celebrations, just like the human café does. If you've recently had issues with the hours, please be assured those issues have been resolved, and the community here at the café hopes you can come back again someday. I know you'll have a better time than before. I hope you find a...

I couldn't even eat here. I was told that ordering was available, but no matter where I looked, I couldn't find a menu. The website doesn't have one, yet I keep being redirected there. I couldn't tell if it was just an issue with maybe dropdown lists not populating correctly, or were they there at all? I went to their website because it said that ordering online was available, and I thought they would have to have the menu there, but after being redirected FOUR TIMES, (and I am not joking) nothing had changed. 4 fully new tabs were forcefully opened; eventually sending me BACK to the original website. Then, and only then, did the website FINALLY tell me that ordering online was unavailable. Every other site, including their own - and google, says that it is available. I would like to try this, but if it's this difficult just trying to look at your menu without being able to go directly to your store, it doesn't seem worth the time; and I don't want to have to sort through badly taken photos by your customers to see what you have available when you should be able to tell me yourself. This is not a scavenger hunt; It's a lunch order. If you want to blame the website for being unfinished, the website should not be accessible until it...
