The Quesadilla Factory — Restaurant in Centralia

Wow! Ok, get ready for it. For what this place is, I give it a solid 10 out of 10 across the board. Food, prices, proportions, taste, cook time, atmosphere, restrooms, cleanliness, hospitality and customer service! If I missed anything, well that was perfect too!! Hidden gem! Great atmosphere. (Think pizza parlor but with Quesa6 instead) Arcade games for everyone, pool table, believe their was an air hockey game too. Now food, think everything you can put on a pizza but in a Quesadilla. Now add more toppings you haven't thought of! It's build your own like subway. You start of ordering with your main Quesadilla...like steak or Hawaiian. Next step, choose your tortilla bread and then add toppings like what cheeses you want and then add sauces if you want or sour cream and guacamole. AND if you want to go a different route just say "Salad" and this comes to you without the shell but with lettuce and chips so basically a big taco salad. Super great prices. SERIIUSLEY, SUPER GREAT PRICES! Belive mine was $7 and my sons was $8. Don't know how that even covers the cost of the super nice boxes you get your food in! Both of our meals were out to us at the table in less than 10 minutes! And..just when you think it can't get better, it does! You get a punch card! 10 purchases and your 11th is free. Still want more? Made from scratch cookies and brownies. But not regular stuff, these things are on steroids! Huge!!! Still want more?! Ok, you're first punch card gets handed to you already HALF FULL of punches! 🤯 Mind blown! There even were seniors there. Now everyone knows seniors like Good food, Lots of it at the LOWEST prices. So if they are there, it's definitely a WIN! I'm stopping before I overwhelm you. I came in here in a whim because I was at a car audio bass show down the street. By the end of the day, almost everyone at the audio event had the same boxes I got. And it wasn't even right next door so there were closer food options! I live an hour and 15 minutes away but I would DEFINITELY take a trip there to go have lunch and enjoy a drive. Absolutely...

Quality and Consistency

I’ve been coming to the Quesadilla Factory since I was 16 in a punk rock band. If there is one thing that is certain, it’s the quality of the staff, food, and atmosphere. I visit the Dilla Factory about 3 times a month. I have never had a single complaint with the food, or staff. The food is hot, fresh, and consistent, I’ve never been disappointed. The breakfast burritos are the bomb, they are filling, and are made with quality food. Stop buying fast food junk people! Nobody says they’re the mood for a quesadilla, they says “let’s go to the Quesadilla Factory”. This place is a legend here in Centralia/Chehalis, we always take friends and family here. Too bad bands no longer play, but there is good reason behind why.

The only thing I wish was different, (and maybe they tried or it simply won’t work) is booze!! I own two local businesses in Centralia so I understand how much MORE is involved for liquor, but a good margarita or Spanish brew would be awesome. We go out with a large friend group frequently, and wouldn’t it be fun to have a couple drinks, kick butt at the arcade games and eat great food! Maybe they do special events with a caterer for liquor and a one day permit that I don’t know about.

Overall The Quesadilla Factory is easily 5/5 stars. I’ve played music here, been to many birthday parties here, and have never been disappointed once. Come here and enjoy!

A legit disappointment. Verry dirty when i went to counter to order thre was a old press on nail on the floor right next to order counter,floors were dirty tables too bathroom was also really dirty and had a part od a quesadilla on the counter food was terrible and almost non existent ingredients dude how do you mess up a quesadilla and they told us to sit somewhere else because we were in the party area??? But no signs were present and games were reserved in the main part for the party too so man this place really needs to step it up on a huge scale we will not return untill we hear some changes have been made that show that they want business the only thing i can say that was ok was the guy was patient with us cause we havent been there before and he was friendly sorry but not sorry im blunt cause i have worked in the food indusrtry alone for 15 years and know whats what the the time we came in was just before a dinner rush so why werent they prepared and expecting. People come and spend their hard earned paycheck at places like this. This place has many issues that need to be addressed if they want to...
