Visited Haircuts USA in Ceres, CA. Asked for a 0-3 fade with scissor on top. Stylist took clippers and shaved top of head. Proceeded to clip sides after I asked why she cliped top with electric clippers and not scissors. She did not reiterate back to me what she was doing and acted like she was confused. I spoke to manager/owner and explained this is not what I asked for and she spoke to stylist. The stylist agreed she misunderstood and I paid for cut. Meanwhile my wife called, being a stylist and cosmetology teacher for 30 years spoke to owner about what happened and she offered a return of payment or next haircut free. I went back the following day to get my payment back and owner was not in. Stylist that cut my hair was there and said she knew of the phone conversation my wife had with owner but refused to refund my money. This is not how business is conducted. I'm filing a BBB complaint and will let anyone know who asks about my cut owhere to go that Haircut USA in Ceres CA I was a bad experience with a very rude stylist who doesn't stand...

I do no recommend this hair salon. Yes the location is clean but the customer service is horrible. I was happy when I found two hairdresser who knew what kind of haircut I wanted. I went back, they were gone. Now their hairdressers are rude, see you walk in and do not ask if you need any assistance. When the cut your hair they have attitude. I had my hair cut, I explained what I wanted. The blonde hair hairdresser said she knew what I was explaining. Clearly she didn't. I walk out with a haircut that was nothing to what I wanted so I had to wait for it to grow out to go somewhere else. Clearly I was upset, never again...
