Like the other review, this warehouse/outlet is a joke. After driving over 30 minutes to an outlet that I assumed would have nice pieces considering I shop at their general stores and love what they offer, I was quickly disappointed. Let me start by saying I didn’t go here looking for low prices or huge discounted prices, I went because I wanted to simply see what they were offering. If not all, 99.9% of the furniture showcased was disgustingly damaged. I’m talking paint, visibly dirt/food/water stains, broken doors, cracked wood, pieces literally hanging off the hinges. Damaged that couldn’t be repaired by most of us. Everything is either badly stained or broken. This place is worse than your local GW, random trash on the curb, heck even a dumpster. Buttttt….the prices are still ridiculously high. $200 - $6k+ on items that are damaged. Crate & Barrel should be ashamed of what they’re presenting to the public. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR FURNITURE THAT IS SLIGHTLY IRREGULAR OR LAST SEASONS AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE, IT IS PURE JUNK!!!!! Like the other review stated, you have better finds on FB market or hell, a regular Crate & Barrel store with maybe a few hundred $$$ difference in price.
Lastly, don’t believe the hype from social media (IG, TikTok). I truly believe these people just want to say that they have an item from Crate and barrel in their home...
Read moreAbsolutely not lol … wasn’t sure what to expect, but it wasn’t this. For the level of quality that CB2/Crate & Barrel provides, I was shocked to see dirty furniture. There’s no signage inside, it doesn’t feel expensive and it’s not the luxurious experience I was expecting I guess. It felt more like a thrift store. With it being an outlet store, I understand the expectations shouldn’t be high, but it was still an incredibly underwhelming experience. It’s as if they’ve taken their rejected items and marked them at a premium. I was expecting pricing ranges from $600-$900 for accent chairs and maybe $250-$600 for smaller items. The price of an accent chair is $1,200… I’m currently looking at their website and see a similar chair for $1,099. Why would I buy it in-store??? Incredibly overpriced and as another Black woman mentioned, I too was not greeted upon entry, but noticed others were. You have no idea who and who doesn’t have money these days and it’s unfortunate that as a Black woman I feel as if I have to walk in looking like a billion bucks in order to be greeted properly. It’s elitist, classist, and stereotypical behavior that I don’t support. You never know who is who, so don’t judge a book...
Read moreIf you are a Crate and Barrel, CB2 fanatic you might just find a gem or two in this outlet but if I were you I wouldn't hold my breath. While they do offer a selection of couches and sofas, armchairs, chairs, rugs and other items, it's worth noting the items offered are in rather poor or almost poor condition. The majority of the stuff I've seen were awfully dirty and while this might not be the deal breaker (you can always wash the upholstery or the rugs) some of the items are simply damaged beyond repair. Some were simply missing a screw or two, not a big deal, but others were in major disrepair. This being said the prices do not much reflect outlet prices or the condition the items are in, but rather... a price that a retail store would place on the item that's still in good, usable condition but going out of style.
To summarize it. It is worth going? Sure. Can you find a good, solid piece for cheaper? Yes and no, the beauty (and therefore the value) is in the eye of the beholder. For me, i will visit there every once in a while but as mentioned earlier I won't raise my...
