I was referred to this place by a (Vietnamese) nail technician. I viewed the business online prior to going and didn’t see a notice about “appointments only.” I drove from Duluth looking forward to finding a nice piece of jewelry. I walked up to the door, didn’t see anyone like a customer, and was immediately meet by a women with a handwritten sign on the door stating (appointment only) and followed by her asking me if I had an appointment… I responded no, I didn’t know I needed one. She continues to speak at me through the closed door and I responded with a gentle wave and said ok, have a good day - as I walked away. My personal feeling - you are not welcome if you don’t look like her. Everything is expensive now, time is money, and I don’t like wasting my time or going anywhere I’m not welcome. I find it interesting for any group of people who have experienced racism, to then display that same ignorant shameful discrimination towards any other group of people. May God...

I arrived on this past Friday in hopes of purchasing a few necklaces. Online it said they closed at six. I was coming all the way from the Mall of Georgia on the way headed to McDonough. My family has history with buying here years prior. I’m there at exactly 4:44 pm. I pull on the door and it’s locked but there open sign is still has light. I call and the lady says they’re closed. I proceed to tell her that online it shows 6, so even if they close at 5, I’m still here before then and the open sign is still on. She tells me they’re running their closing paperwork, I said mam my family had purchased here and I came from over an hour away. No luck! Terrible service, I will never be back again, not going to beg someone to take my money. I would stay away because it only shows what their customer service...

Do not waste your time going here they will not service you. I went around one in the afternoon all the open signs were on, but the front door was locked, and when I try to get the young ladies attention on the inside, she came to the door and said they were closed, but when I pointed out their hours of operation on the door says 11 PM to five PM. She stated that you have to have an appointment in order to be serviced. Remind you the parking lot was empty and there were no customers inside. I’ve never heard of a jewelry store needing appointment to even get through the door. I honestly think it was deeper than that like a race thing. Go down the street to.
