
I have been coming here every 2 weeks for the past 2 months. I was referred by a co worker. The shop is nice and the staff the first guy who applied tips and sns put on my nails crooked and when I asked for coffin shaped he didnt do it but charged me for asking for the shape. I got a full set and pedicure and paid 80 bucks, I came back 2 weeks in Hope's of getting somebody better. The 2nd visit was nice, i asked again for te coffin shape and didnt get it but was charged. For a fill and a pedicure I paid 75 dollars just as much as a full sent. 3 visit was great I finally got the guy that was recommended to me. He did a great pedicure and did a fill, very nice guy, I was happy and left. A few days later my right index finger is feeling weird especially when I type or use pressure with my hand. I figure it will go away I wait a day and call and let the rep know my concerns and I think my nail is infected. Very nice has me come in same day. I get in the shop and the lady that is suppose to check my nail looks at my nails with the polish on and says I dont see a problem nothing is wrong. I pointed out that I can see a dark spot thru fusia pink polish. She finally removes the powder and there are 3 green spots under the powder. She drills it down and say oh i can fix it or leave the powder off. She files down my nail bed to remove some of the bacteria. I ask if they have anything to help stop the infection she looks at like she doesnt understand me and waits for me to ask again. I am so unsatisfied with this service your company cause a nail bacteria and you cant do anything to help treat it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS NAIL SHOP, I CANCELLED MY FUTURE APPTS. KEEP IN MIND SINCE THERE IS A BACTERIA ON MY NAILS ALL THE EQUIPMENT SHE USED ON ME SHOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY BEEN DISINFECTED she put it all back in with her normal.tools. all this will do is cause someone else to have the same bacteria. In 20yrs of getting my nails done I have never experienced any type of bacterial or fungus. Thanks for the expensive services that caused a nail infection. I just want my other nails removed at no charge I shouldn't have 9 nails on. I called the next day to see if I could get them removed for free the receptionist told me I could come in at 2pm but it would be cost me and she would call me back. I didnt receive a call back or a voicemail so I kept working and when I got off I went to a nail shop across the street from my house and it was the same company. The normal receptionist for the this location was working at the Gilbert location. I was charged to take my nails off and notice that 4 other nails had the green bacteria on them and the gentleman that took my nails off said the first nail tech Tom at the Chandler location did my nails to thick for SNS like it was acrylic. The Gilbert location is more sanitary and considerate. I recieved and email asking me to update this if they fixed the problem but they didnt. I was charged to take off nails that you tech messed on and cause bacteria on 5 of my nails. I paid $50 for a fill that caused bacteria/infection and $12 to remove the faulty nails. No calls to apologize or refund me. I'm calling the state board and filing complaints. My fingers are super tender and my nails are paper thin because the tried to file / buff off...

I went in to get my nails done, and the initial result was awful. I could tell they would be bad from the start because the tech was rushing through the appointment. I returned to have them fixed, and despite that, the tech still messed them up! $65 wasted.
I asked for almond nails and got something that wasnāt even close to what I wanted ā more like almondās cousin! All my nails had different shape and they were more round than almond! I also requested cat-eye nails, but the tech claimed something was off with the polish and told me it wasnāt working. I ended up settling for a simpler design, and yet, she still messed it up!
I called to express my dissatisfaction to the manager to see how they would resolve this. The receptionist told me the manager would be in at 3 PM. When I called back at the designated time, the same receptionist answered and claimed she was the manager. Iāve spoken with the manager on many occasions and know her voice, so I could tell immediately it wasnāt her. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but the longer the conversation went on, the more obvious it became ā she was not the manager.
Why lie? That completely made me lose respect for this business. This is the second time Iāve dealt with this nonsense. The first time I went for my nails before my birthday, and the same thing happened. They had to take off my nails and redo both my nails and toes! Ridiculous! Itās always a hit or miss here!
These express salons and their techs clearly donāt care about quality. They messed up my nails, took my money, and then refused to offer a refund.
Also, for those of you getting your nails done here ā beware! They donāt do partial or full refunds at all. Instead, they offered me a $7 credit because they claimed it was just the shape of the nails the tech messed up ā as if thatās okay. The shape defines the entire outcome and look of the set!

First, I called Monday morning (this review was written on a wednesday) when they opened to make an appointment for a SIMULTANEOUS mani/pedi because I only had so much time during lunch. That was the whole point of making an appointment in the first place! They said they could take me at noon, which was perfect. However, when I get there, they donāt actually start my pedicure until 12:19pm, so I had to do the basic pedicure since I wasted 19 minutes sitting around DESPITE HAVING AN APPOINTMENT. Not only that, they only did my pedicure, so I had to reschedule my manicure for the next day. When I come back the next day, itās the same exact story. I had an appointment at noon and they left me sitting around. By 12:10pm I was done with their BS so I just walked out and I will never go back to this location.
Btw, the other comments about the front desk girls being rude is totally accurate. I have dealt with three of them and they were all rude. Seriously, with so many nail places, go anywhere else. There is a Dutch Bros in the same parking lot so getting into the nail salon is a nightmare, and good luck finding parking if you come anytime during lunch.
If you do go, make sure you see Vincent. Heās the only reason I went back as many times as I did.
