HomeGoods — Attraction in Chandler

I just bought a house and absolutely LOVE the Home Goods store!! I’ve found so many great pieces from indoor to outdoor goods! I bought my outdoor set from HG and i get far more compliments from it than the one i spent double on! I find just about everything in this store from coffee, to cookies, furniture and my beloved Rae Dunn! Its no fun shopping when the employees are not happy to be there...but that’s why i love the home Goods on Alma store...the staff there are awesome!! Most of the employees are wonderful and kind and patient! Taylor, Tricia, Ginger, Cindy, Carol and my all time favorite is Jay! He is in quite early, out late, works hard and yet always manages to welcome you with a smile on his face every.single.time!! Believe me I am there ALOT and it never fails...always helpful, always kind! He’s a keeper! Thank you Home Goods for all the goodies and thank you for staffing such a wonderful group of people that makes my shopping experience...

3 stars strictly for the NASTY RUDE check out lady!! Didn't get her name but my receipt says CASHIER # 1081 on 2/21

The lady in front of me had a little boy and the cashier could not have been ruder. So when I got up there with my return she turned plain nasty. I tried to make a joke and happy talk but she didn't even smile or acknowledge it. She grabbed the credit card machine and whipped it around then told me the amount and when I asked if it had tap I did get an OF COURSE out of her but that was it! RUDE RUDE RUDE.

I will be going to the Home Goods at other locations in the future to avoid the grumpy lady because I prefer happiness :) 3 Stars and off to work with a smile even if she didn't say have a...

this has been my favorite location for YEARS so it saddens me to write this….i absolutely love the items they have here and they are very comparable to other locations with their inventory however the employees here have become so unpleasant and rude at checkout. The last couple of times I’ve been so excited to check out with my new stuff. One employee got upset because she assumed I was splitting my purchase on two cards and said “now I have to do it all over again” Second experience was asking the cashier to take the basket I had and she just stared at me. It just sucks because this is probably my favorite store but the unfriendly vibes here are starting to make me not...
