The manager was the only sales person on the floor. She did an exceptional job managing over 6 customers so we all patiently awaited our turn. I ended up purchasing a brand new Maytag for 549. The fridge was priced low because it was dented in several areas. The refrigerator was for one of my rentals so I went ahead with the purchase after asking 3x if it was new and not preowned and that the only thing wrong was the dents. after affirming 3xs, I paid for warranty and delivery. I called for a delivery window and was told driver would call 30 minutes before delivery. At 6, I still hadn’t heard from the delivery driver. The store gave me his number to make sure I was still scheduled. The delivery crew wanted me to sign for a refrigerator that didn’t have all of the wrapped parts we purchased the fridge with. None of the holders on the right side were in the fridge and two of the center shelves were missing. This is not how the refrigerator was presented when we purchased. I have left several messages on the phone for the manager. I have not received a call back yet. The delivery person was trying to get me to sign saying if I don’t sign he doesn’t get paid. I showed him on the delivery sheet where it said signing and receiving meant the product was delivered as purchased. Whereby I refused.
In response to the response of the store: The manager explained that the refrigerator’s only defect was the dents. I specifically asked 3xs if the refrigerator was used or had any missing parts. She reiterated 3xs the ONLY defect was the dents. Given the true information, I wouldn’t have bought a refrigerator with missing pieces when Costco had the exact fridge on the floor for 759. I explained that the home was a 400k rental. Given all of the information, I would’ve chosen the refrigerator priced at 900. I would not have purchased a refrigerator with missing center pieces or side pieces. Where would the food, drinks and condiments go? In full transparency, I would have appreciated a return call to the multiple calls. Instead you thought it was more important to say you said something that you did not say. And yes you did make accommodations for a 2nd stop that you charged 35$ because it was a mile away and I appreciated it but would have paid whatever price you charged. Bottom line, you did not say the refrigerator had missing pieces. You said you received them from big box because of scratches and dents. But Nothing else was wrong with it. You clarified that that this was different from the previously owned ones. I would’ve chosen appreciate true...
Read moreCan’t rave about this place enough!!!! First thing we bought was a dishwasher which is the quietest one we have ever owned it’s so nice! We went back a week later and got a washer and dryer set, French door refrigerator, microwave and stove! All within our budget. We still used their payment assistance plan which was fast and easy to use and got approval within minutes which helps us budget more especially after buying a house. Janine is an absolute sweetheart she helped us every step of the way and was patient with us and our kids the whole time we were there! If we had more appliances to buy we would be going back here!! Thank you so much appliance 4 less!!!!...
Read moreJeannine was extremely helpful and found me a number of appliances that fit what I was looking for. She made sure to go over all important details for the overall purchase and has excellent product knowledge and people skills.
The stand alone prices for the products were fantastic, and luckily I got an even better total when bundling (not sure if that’s a promotion going on at all times fyi), even with the add-ons of delivery and purchase of the typical waterlines for fridges.
Store itself is clean and as organized as it can be for open box appliances lol would def recommend this store if you want a deal on...
