I received a promotional message about the BOGO offer on August 12th, which stated:
“BOGO is back at Sarku Japan all day on August 12th! An offer so popular it broke our tech, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We hope you’ll give us another chance to make this right with this sizzling offer. All you have to do is open the Sarku app, head to ‘Specials’ and score your BOGO!”
Unfortunately, when I opened the app, it still wasn’t working; I tried all evening after work. So, I made a special trip to Sarku Japan that evening (August 12), explained the situation, and asked for help. The staff were unable to assist, and I was told the discount could not be applied.

I've ordered 4 times and only once have I received an actual order from them they are slack and never confirm the order so you end up paying on door dash and have to cancel the order and receive Doordash credits... very unprofessional.. everytime I go to the mall they are just standing around looking at people but they don't have 30 seconds to confirm a doordasy order. Waste of time and money... take your money somewhere else...
