Fabulous Beauty Supply — Attraction in Charlotte

If i could give no stars i would. I just went to this Beauty Supply new in town and then looking for a place for a minute. Was in the store for a very long time with little to no customer service. Finally found something that I like on the mannequin it was a lace front. Got to the car to check out the wig that I spent all day in the store trying to purchase to find out that it was not. Came back to ask to try to get a lace front wig willing to even spend more money the young man who gave me the wig told me because I left out of the store didn't take it home didn't leave the parking lot that I cannot exchange the wig and I was even trying to spend more money. This is not a very good place to go to they don't have any customer service don't waste your money...

Horrible service. .. I gave them another try after a not so pleasant 1st time. ..owner was too busy playing on his phone to assist me. Today horrible service again. I brought it to his attention on both occasions & he half apologized. I bought over $115 worth of merchandise recently & he leaves 2 items out that I'd already purchased & reminded him not to forget. I brought it to his attention today & he says I must not have purchased them. I thought to show him both transactions on my bank statement but just decided to not purchase anything else today & going forward. I have been going here for a while now and only one person is helpful. I wish I knew her name. THIS NEWER GIRL ON THE OTHER HAND... OMG. I have never seen customer service as bad as her in my life. She watches you like you about to rob the store even if you only come in with shorts and a crop top (no Purse). She is no help if you ask her questions about products. She will act like you are the dumb one. Then at the register she chomps her gum so loud and obnoxious while staring directly at me.
