I place an order while inside of the restaurant . The person didn’t ask if I wanted to be seated just made it a to go order. I get the food my son wanted to eat like most kids would. We sat down in the booth seating. The woman that took our order came over and said “ I’m sorry we don’t do that with to go orders”. This place didn’t appear to be fine dining. Very much your typical Chinese restaurant. Usually if you decide to sit you just clean up after yourself and go. There wasn’t a host at the door asking if you’d like to be seated . And even if someone spent their money on food in a restaurant and decided hey I’d rather eat inside. Usually accommodations would be made. Tips aren’t guaranteed when people dine in.I didn’t press the issue since I’m not the type to stay where I’m not welcomed. Now for the food review. We ordered Sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, lo mein ,fried rice, chicken egg roll, veggies spring roll. The Sesame chicken was ok definitely not the typical balance of sweet and savory. More so a vinegar taste. The Sweet and sour chicken was good. The lo mein was overcooked and bland. The fried rice was bland and barely fried. Though it was the smallest egg roll I’d had at a restaurant it was good. The spring roll was ok. It wasn’t worth the $33...

My significant other and I order from here often. He likes the 8 piece wings a lot. We ordered two orders of the 8 piece wings and for the first time they were pink in the inside. We are going out of town for the weekend so I called to see if they could just replace the wings order next week for us. The girl at the front says I would have to hold on to the wings for 4 days and bring them back so the chef can eat the wings for his mistake. I’m like you want me to hold the wings in my refrigerator for 4 maybe 5 days so the chef can eat them and she was adamant she would not replace the order if I don’t bring the wings back in with me. I have never heard of such a thing in all my years of life. I’m guessing it’s a very weird Asian custom and lack of customer service. I probably will not come back after this. I honestly just wanted them to replace the wings now they’ve lost many loyal customers in my family! So just be aware the customer...

I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant. I remember the first time that I went. My daughter and I had Yelp searched a good restaurant of this type of cuisine. Although it was further away from my home than other restaurants the great reviews led us to go there and we have found our go to Chinese style restaurant in Charlotte. The employees up front know what my daughter and I eat and our beverages. We always have our special table that we like to sit at. The food is amazing. Always hot, delicious, perfect texture and lots of it. Every time I've been in here over the past several years there always have been other patrons, which definitely indicates the place is popular and people are...

I ordered the General Tso's chicken. Portions were big, food was fresh and it was piping hot. This is also the first time I have ordered the General Tso's chicken that actually has some spiciness, all other places I've ordered it from has 0 spice. So I really enjoyed it. I dined in and was the only person in here. Not sure if this is normal as this is my first time eating here but it was nice to eat lunch in a quiet atmosphere. The price point is good also.

Ordered orange chicken and fried rice this time. The flavor of the chicken was good. You can taste the orange and the spice. The young lady working was nicer than other places I've been to and it was clean inside. The only con is that they like to feed you mostly rice. All 3 spaces on the to-go tray are filled with rice. Also, only one vegetable was found on my tray and that was broccoli. Maybe this is a Charlotte thing?
