White House Black Market — Attraction in Charlotte

This store used to have nice customer service but recently every time I visit this store I feel like I am annoying their sales associates. There is a young blonde one particularly that is arrogant and rude. Last time I visit the store I asked her for a couple tops on my size and she said she would help me out when she finished with her customer that was inside the dressing room trying on clothes as she was standing doing absolutely nothing. The way she spoke to me as also extremely rude. I have been a customer for years and just chose to buy online most of the time because of the very arrogant sales associates WHBM usually employee. But comparing to the other stores in the Charlotte area the Blackney location was still enjoyable to visit but not anymore! Worst service I've Ever had. Went into the store with my teenage daughter to purchase not one but two formal type dresses. The sales woman a blond came up to us looked me up and down, turned her nose as I asked for help and walked away saying we have nothing for you. I felt like I had a real life Pretty Woman moment. I probably would of started getting upset but another customer the only customer there turned and loudly said HOW VERY RUDE THE SALES WOMAN WAS. Mrs. Paris and Mrs. Tamara were super helpful, courteous and very welcoming. I came in needing some new attire for a business trip. Mrs. Paris put together some looks for me that were stylish and cute. We talked about my taste and then she came back with some really nice outfits.
