INSIDE THE STORE THE AISLES ARE ALSO BIG ENOUGH TO NAVIGATE EVEN FOR THOSE WITH JENNY CRAIG SYNDROME OR JUST FRIGGIN LAZY..    Read moreStaff need to be more attentive to their phones understandable that the pharmacy can get real busy but no need to be disrespectful to someone that has been in that same position as you. Some pharmacy staff are pleasant and some have no sense of morales. I work for a doctor's office and was asking the technician to help me she placed me on hold 3 times for like 5 minutes. I asked her what was going on and why I had to wait for 15 minutes her response there's people ahead of you. Then she should have told me that in the first time she answered the phone. I feel the young lady should not answer the phones if she has no clue how to be pleasant. Hope one rotten apple doesn't...
   Read morewent thru drive-thru 2x within a month; both times 2 p/u prescription; reminding ppl 2b sure u kno what u pay 4 ur meds; if there's an increase have them chk ur insurance; the associate asked for a payment 6x more than previous payments; when she went to the back & returned, she had the proper information. The 2nd incident involved an associate handing me my meds, change, receipt; very nice person & left the window; in my car; looked at my stapled bag, but, what's missing? Wish I could give a reward 2 whomever "gets it" because I learned my lesson from this similar occurrence "inside" Walgreens years ago; got home & immediately returned again...
