Board & Brush Creative Studio - Cherry Hill — Attraction in Cherry Hill Township

I hate to have to leave this review, but this location was an absolute disappointment. We have been to other Board & Brush locations and this location was not even in the same league as the others. The young staff members were horrible, it was clear that they were anxious to end early on a Saturday night. They started stacking the chairs and tossing out our water bottles to clean up at 9:10pm before many people were finished their boards. They did not offer wax for the boards, until we asked for it, because they were rushing us out. There was no instruction or engagement with our group. The staff members were reaching over us and completing steps for us -not allowing us to do it ourselves – which is the whole point of the evening. The young girl who was the lead yelled at another staff member in front of us, embarrassing the girl – it was extremely unprofessional. Additionally for 2 members of our party they were not asked if their stencils were correct before we got started. One of the stencils was wrong, and since they did not verify the stencil prior to the class the mistake was noticed when it was laid down. We were told that it would cost an additional $10 because it was not noticed beforehand - however these 2 people were not asked beforehand if it was correct.

This experience was so disappointing as we planned for our large group to come to this location because we had such a great time at the other locations. We will not be back to this location, and I will certainly not recommend this Cherry Hill location to anyone that I know. It is clear that the staff working the Saturday night parties need...

My friend and I have been doing board and brush for years but our most recent visit on 2/1/25 was super special. The owner had e-mailed us that we were the only ones that signed up for the 1-4pm class. She was wondering if we could move to another day or even the next day. Unfortunately due to my work schedule being altered I had told her I really couldn’t move the day. She went out of her way to just host my friend and I ! Angela (the owner) is the sweetest! Super personable, helpful, and patient. We were and still are so thankful that she let us have the studio to ourselves. I love the fact that when doing Board & Brush it is guaranteed you will get a beautiful project. It’s not like those other classes where you are following the direction of a professional and your picture looks nothing like what they have created. We will for sure be back! Thank you once...

My gfs and I had a fun time tonight! The fact that it is byob (and you can bring snacks) was great. I do agree the staff was very young. However, Bailey and Nichole did a good job. The only down fall was no one ever asked us for the hardware to be able to hang our boards. So I got home and realized I can’t hang up my work! I’m sure it’ll be an easy fix though. I can see why reviews were upset if their stencils were wrong. However, to B&B’s defense, I received an email confirming my details. So make sure you check your email to avoid a $10 additional fee if it’s incorrect! Overall, it was a fun experience. I look forward to my...
