Only drawback is they don't accept AMEX cards, sort of a disappointment to business travelers. The Pho Dac Biet was delicious. The broth was flavorful, and clearly fresh. It had a milder flavor than other restaurants I've visited, but I enjoyed that it kept its flavor even as the broth cooled. I initially thought I would need more bean sprouts, but it ended up working out just right. Probably helps in reducing the amount of waste, and is based on eating habits of customers in the area. There were quite a few appetizers that caught my attention. The spring rolls were cut in half to make them easier to pick up, genius! The menu was extensive and appealing. Staff was kind and attentive. There is music and an visually inviting atmosphere. I am really glad I made a quick stop here...

There's plenty of Vietnamese dishes to choose from, the House Special Pho is great if you want your bowl full of meat, and it isn't a small bowl. The spring roll sampler is a little pricey but the flavor and texture of each one can't be beat. The pork Banh Mi is made with a crusty baguette that's soft on the inside and very tasty. Everything is very herbacious and fresh to the point you might think you're eating healthy no matter what you pick. The older gentleman that took care of our table wasn't chatty and got everything out to us pretty quick, so service was good. Store was fairly empty when we were there, not sure what service is like during busier hours. Overall, highly...
