Quiet when I went on a Friday afternoon. Food came out quick. Got the chili naan, tandoori chicken, train samosa, and aloo gobi. Everything was fresh. Nothing was too greasy, felt fresh with the sprigs of vegetables. Decor was quite new, tables and chairs were nice, looked clean but were a bit tacky, the placemats were wet underneath them. Relaxed atmosphere and service. They request a review on google when you leave. Guest wifi available. Guest bathroom available. Lots of free parking in the plaza. -- Pakora platter, fried vegetables, not greasy but thin and crispy. Paneer Manchuria, paneer like you'd expect. Was nice, dry heat spice. Palnadu chicken, very clean and moist. No chunks of bone bits. Easy to eat. Garlic naan, was a bit tough when you do take out. Maybe skip it for pickup. Rasmalai was a bit.. off. Feel like it was from the back of a freezer. Would skip. Samosa chaat was really good. Fresh and crisp. Refreshing contrast with spice. Chicken korma was nice. But light on the chicken but flavorful. Vegetable manchuria was interesting. Basically a bunch of veggie balls, like veggie paste and rolled in flour and covered in sauce. Was nice.

If you're looking for an exceptional dining experience, Palnadu is the place to be! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, thanks to our attentive and friendly waiter, Harsha, who made sure everything was perfect. We started with the Apollo Fish as a starter, and it was nothing short of amazing! Perfectly seasoned and crispy, it was the ideal way to begin our meal. Next, we tried the Mutton Marag soup – a warm, flavorful broth that was both comforting and rich in taste. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the Mutton Mandi. The meat was tender and full of flavor, while the rice was cooked to perfection, complementing the mutton wonderfully. Each dish was well-prepared, and the flavors were on point. Overall, the food was absolutely delicious, and we can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for authentic flavors and quality service.

Terrible Experience!!! Stale Food and Raw Meat I recently ordered a goat Mandi takeout from here, and it was an absolute disaster! The meat was completely raw, smelled awful like raw flesh, and was inedible. The rice tasted stale, and despite paying $40 for this meal, I didn’t even receive the usual accompaniments like onions and cucumbers that are supposed to come with the dish. It felt like the takeout service was treated with less care than dining in the restaurant. I had no choice but to throw everything in the trash, and I went to bed hungry that night. To make matters worse, I ended up sick the next day due to food poisoning. This was a complete waste of my hard-earned money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Extremely disappointed!!!

Last night (Friday evening), about 14 of us went to Palnadu Indian Cuisine in Cherry Hill. This was my third time here—and unfortunately, the third time that the service and food were substandard.

When they first opened, I left them a positive review because I felt they were trying and would improve with time. Sadly, after more than a year, that has not been the case.

Service: It took nearly 30 minutes just to get one of the empty tables cleared for our group. Orders came out late, incorrect, or not at all. Some dishes didn’t arrive for over an hour.

Food: Several items were poorly prepared—so much so that no one could eat them—yet we were still charged for them. Overall, the food quality was disappointing compared to other Indian restaurants in the area.

Billing: Despite all the issues, we were hit with an automatic 18% gratuity on a bill of over $400. That might have been fair if anything about the evening had gone smoothly, but it felt insulting given the circumstances.

To make matters worse, there was even a disagreement between some of my friends and the staff over the bill. You would think that after our first and second poor experiences, the restaurant would try to do better—especially when a large party is bringing in that much business. Instead, it was the opposite.

My group (almost all from India, so very familiar with authentic Indian food) agreed that this was not worth returning to. The owner should spend more time in the restaurant to improve service and quality—because as it stands, we’ll be taking our...

I recently dined at Palnadu, and we were very satisfied with the food. I will review the food items that we ordered.

Mutton Sukhha (dry masala fried mutton curry) was really tasty , goat meat was cooked perfect and tender , the masala was nicely clinging to the pieces.

Chicken tandoori: the meat was cooked to perfection, juicy, tender and not charred , you can definitely smell and taste the smoky flavour. ( I would recommend the tandoori should be provided with the traditional salad separately not on the Sizzler Plate :finely sliced cabbage, carrot, onion topped with the chat masala a squize of lemone and salt to taste)

Chicken biryani: definitely recommend the rice, masala, the dum , and most importantly the meat is with bones.

Ground Soya chunk biryani: I would recommend an upgrade to the biryani it will be great if you keep the soya chunky ,do not ground it and just prepare a dum biryani same as a non vegetarian one. It will taste awesome.

Butter pasta for kids: Cannot say much for this , but it's on the sweet side and my daughter did not like it. I will suggest keep it low on the spice level but it should not be over powered with weet sauces like Ketchup. Just Garlic paper salt and butter/mayonnaise that does the job.

Lastly,

I have a healthy suggestion, If you get an order for a fine in with Kids, do prepare and serve the kids menu first so that the kids are settled before the adults start their...

We had a disappointing experience at Palinadu Restaurant during our recent visit. We had been here when it first opened and had a much better impression—the owner and staff were attentive, and the food was enjoyable. It seems management has changed, and so has the quality.

This time, we ordered a dish based on the menu picture, which clearly showed a dry version with big chunks of meat. Instead, we received a gravy-based version with a completely different presentation. When we raised this with the waiter, we were told it was the correct item, even though it didn’t match the photo.

After waiting a while and asking another staff member, we were told it was being remade—but we weren’t given an option to cancel. The “replacement” came within two minutes and looked like they just reheated the original and tried to reduce the liquid. It still didn’t resemble the dry, chunky dish we ordered. The staff continued insisting it was the same, and we felt pressured to keep it.

After that, the service noticeably dropped off. We experienced delays in getting anything we asked for and felt like we were being avoided due to raising a concern. Other items, such as the chicken, were overcooked, but we didn’t bring it up since our main concern had already been dismissed.

Overall, this visit felt unprofessional and disappointing—especially compared to how good...
