If you want a decent bed for a competitive in store price and a good experience all around this is the place to go. I wasn’t happy about buying a new bed but unfortunately it had to be done.

Mark was amazing. He’s calm and informative. We shopped around and came back here because he was the most pleasant to work with. He wasn’t pushy. He was inviting and kind. There have been other stores where the sales person was pushy and made us feel uncomfortable. We specifically came back because we liked working with Mark. The experience at other stores made me feel like I could never buy a mattress alone but Mark made us feel like family. Mark also went above and beyond to try to answer questions about mattress maintenance which I really appreciated.

As far as the delivery we got the bed in a couple days. That’s amazing! Now obviously this might depend on the time of year and stock but when we asked around we had a 2-3 week estimated delivery time. Their delivery time was the fastest out of every shop we went to.

As a side note if your getting a base it makes total sense to go with them right now due to the special they are running right now for adjustable stands.

I want to add that it is more expensive than a budget bed on amazon, but still competitive with their in store competitors. This is mostly due to quality. You could buy a cheaper mattress but it comes with baggage as I found out. Trust me I tried to find a better deal, but the cost and quality of average beds (as well as everything else) has changed substantially. In 2013 it made sense to go with a budget bed but now for the price and quality difference it doesn’t make sense. I checked..Lots of beds online are much thinner. Not only that but some come with weird bugs or damaged or some even had fiberglass in them that spilled out. I couldn’t find as good of quality and price anywhere else. I checked amazon and other online stores but every bed had a plethora of shady experiences in the reviews. For the price difference and considering the drastic quality difference it just makes sense to go with a bed in stores these days. When we buy a bed again I believe we will just go back to the same store.

Also, I do like that the company offered no interest financing as long as they did. We will be able to pay this off without loosing additional money which is great. Obviously this may vary in credit score but their payment...

I came in March 4th really expecting to have to go to a few different mattress stores. This was the first time I have ever bought a mattress ( I'm only in my 20s) and started redoing my bedroom. I knew I wanted a larger bed than what I had since my boyfriend is a wild sleeper and takes up a good amount of room as well as our dog sprawls out alot too. King size was the for sure option. I believe her name was Michelle ( it's the end of April writing this review), was super helpful. She showed us stuff in my price range and similar interests. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted but came out with something I now love. I originally wanted a super plush squishy mattress but ended up with a medium firmness Sealys mattress. It was a few hundred over my budget but I knew I needed to get the mattress that I wanted rather than one that fits in my budget since I don't plan on buying another mattress for quite some time. I love my mattress so much. My father said the delivery men were very nice and they had set up the mattress onto my new bed frame I had put together the night before. This mattress has had its test as my dog jumps on and off all the time, there's plenty of room for me and my boyfriend to sleep without him throwing an arm over and hitting me like he used to. (Mind you I went from a full size bed to a king) we are both short so the length has never been an issue but we Definitely enjoy how spacious it is. Our 50lb dog sleeps between us comfortably stretching out without to much dog feet...

It has taken me a year to write this . I want other customers to know the great service I received. Michelle is the saleperson . I hope she is still there . She guided us and informed us . She was not pushy . She helped us get a slightly better price and some discount on pillows and a mattress cover also.

We went with Temperdic brand which is their more expensive brand . If we weren’t happy with it after we got it we could exchange it. First there was something wrong with the electronic part of the bed so we got it exchanged . Next my husband after sleeping on the mattress thought it was too hard so we exchanged it for the softer mattress . It did take time to wait for the exchanges but it was worth it . You have to be patient with the process .

Our advice to anyone looking for a new mattress is to not rush to get a new mattress . We went back a few different times and tested the diff quality of mattresses. We got the king Temperpedic soft mattress with the basic priced electronic bed but instead of the king electronic frame, I wished I stuck with my original wish list and got the split king mattress with its own electronic frame . That’s the only thing I would change .

Ask for Michelle if she is working there . Anthony was the store manager . He helped us too but Michelle was the main person we used and she is great! ...
