I bought my son Panda Express for his birthday from the Chesterfield, MI location. I ordered 2 plates, 1 bowl, and crab cheese rangoons online and wrote a note in the comments to please include 4 fortune cookies and sweet and sour sauce. First, I had to wait at the counter while 5 employees chatted and ate (with no one in line) when I picked it up and then again when we were missing things. I told them we were missing 1 fortune cookie and sauce. They had an empty fortune cookie package in our bag (which I assume now was absolutely intentional since she asked me if I was the one that asked for 4 fortune cookies in my order online and I confirmed). She informed me the sauce is now in tiny little packets (which she gave me 2 of for all this food) and then said I only get 3 cookies because it's only 1 per entree. Two of the 3 entrees were plates (double meat) & one was a bowl. Also, even though I wouldn't count it as one, the crab rangoon literally says "small entree" on the receipt as well. She was really rude about it and said they have to charge for another fortune cookie. I said "fine, how much is it"? She then said I can't just buy one, I have to buy an entire bag (which consisted of 8 fortune cookies). I didn't want 8. I just wanted 1! In addition, there's nowhere on their site that they even offer the option to purchase any fortune cookies at all. Just another way to charge even more money when you're in there to pick up. Read moreThis place is awful. I've tried multiple times to order from this specific location, my kids love panda express and this is the only one near me. Every single time they are either missing things from our order, or the order is wrong. And every single time the manager argues with me about the order, claiming its correct or not missing items. Even with proof from my receipt and showing her the items. The last time I ordered and was missing an entire bigger plate. When we told the manager that it was missing she gave us a side instead, we had to again show her what we ordered and tell her what was missing. She then said she didnt have the sweet and sour ready and we would have to wait. We waited 15 minutes for the item, while the other 4 bigger plates got cold from waiting. The time before this they messed up the order and my daughter food was something spicy verse what we ordered which was sweet and sour chicken. The item did not even slightly look like sweet and sour chicken. I called in and the same manager claimed that she was right and I was wrong lol. She then told me she wouldnt replace anything unless I sent her a text of my receipt, and also text pictures of my order to her personal number. Read moreWent through the drive thru at 7:32pm. Told us to pull into the handicapped parking spot for our food. Watched 4 people after us get food (ROUGHLY 25 MINUTES). Still had to go inside to get the food that was finished but they were waiting until there were no customers to bring us our food, IT WASNT EVEN ALOT. 2 PLATES NOTHING SPECIAL. We thought we were forgotten after 28 minutes and turns out we were. When we went inside no real apology because she didnt want to admit she forgot about us when the WHOLE DRIVE THRU AND RESTAURANT LINE WAS CLEARED OUT. Bad customer service. Served all the customers inside and people behind us in the drive thru over 2 plates WHILE IM WATCHING CUSTOMERS IN LINE GET BIGGER ORDERS BEFORE WE DID WHEN THEY PURCHSED ORDERS AFTER US. Very unprofessional. Next time let us know if there is going to be a wait. They ended up serving the whole line behind us, people inside and we still had to go in for Luke warm food that's been forgotten about. We went inside still ended up waiting in ANOTHER LINE.
