American Mattress — Hotel in Chesterfield Township

Absolutely horrible experience I knew I was going to be paying more for a mattress coming here but that isn't even the issue I ordered a bed frame and mattress I was told 2 weeks for delivery I was okay and understanding with that then two weeks wern by and nothing I went into the store they weren't able to tell me anything just give me a number to call so i called I was then told delivery should be the 29th nothing came then I called again and was told it should be delivered the next week they then texted me a link to set up delivery date and time cause they have my stuff in I selected the date and time and come that day I moved my room around ready for them to arrive for them to NOT arrive and NOT even contact me regarding anything I called again today was on hold for 40 mins to be disconnected I'm absolutely cancelling my order cause why would I give a neglectful company $3000 of money when the service is horrible. Buyer Beware!!!!!This company merged with a sister company and that company is no longer covering the rebates that were promised upon purchase. Salesman reporting that customers are coming into the store and they are upset over this and warranties are no longer covered as well. This is the response I received after multiple attempts and Avenues to reach a contact person: "US mattress sister company that they merged with will not cover the rebates offered by the previous mgt at this time. Any promotions that were run previous to the merge are no longer honored." Stated to reach out to Stearns and Foster in which their repsonse " It looks like this rebate is done directly through your retailer, and they will need to assist you further. Unfortunately, we're unable to assist in third-party purchases." Shame shame on this company. I have been Mattress shopping for over 3 weeks and was overwhelmed by the many options and varying prices. After looking at many online options and in-store visits I still didn't feel that I knew what exactly I was looking for, or if it would even fit within my budget.

I stopped in US Mattress and was very impressed with the service and expertise working with Anthony. He was very knowledgeable and was able to show me exactly what it was I was looking for. He even showed me why the mattress I was going to buy (from another store) wouldn't fit my needs, and he was spot on.

Anthony didn't try to `up-sell' me in anyway. Not only did he work with my budget he also went over and above making sure that I was getting the best deal - even matching a heavily discounted competitor price.
