If you're looking for a quiet place to bring your laptop to job search, research, etc., DON'T COME HERE! Unnecessarily chatty and nosey employees (what happened to whispering in the library?) uncomfortable chairs, squeaky book carts in need of WD40 are incessantly wheeled around library constantly. Cold, industrious atmosphere. Dirty desk. Annoying is too kind for this place. During my visit a customer called on phone to ask for help and the loud library attendant told person, "I am busy with another customer, what is your phone number so I can call you back?" The library gave her, adventures, an imagination, creativity, the staff was patient, and very kind to her. They serve our community with much pride. Thank you Chesterfield Library the Ventline,...
