Digital Doc — Attraction in Chesterfield

If I could give these guys six stars for their service and professionalism, I definitely would. Although it was just a simple diagnostic of my MacBook Pro, they did an amazing job and were amazingly friendly.

If you're comparing this store to Batteries Plus / UBreakIFix, these guys are much better and much more professional. They won't repair your phones / laptops / etc. just for the replacement to fizz out on you a few days / weeks / or months later, only not to question the replacement later.

Payne was very hospitable and professional from the get-go and assuaged my frustrations due to the the callous employee from Batteries Plus, who wouldn't even do a diagnostic on my laptop and wasn't even familiar with the layout in his own store, as he had problems finding a socket in his store. Yikes.

Adam called me a few times, once before even starting the diagnostic and once more after the diagnostic was complete. Our phone conversation had actually cut off, possibly due to the day's weather conditions, yet I could still hear him from my end. Without knowing that I was still listening to him speaking (to Payne, I presume), he still remained professional and said that he was going to try to contact me again. Later on, he explained that he successfully managed to turn my laptop on and deduced the problem to battery issues, which contradicted 100% the nonsense that the employee from Batteries Plus spouted out at me. He even gave me a copy of the diagnostic with notes so that I have proof that it's the battery that was causing the issues. Thanks Adam!

Let's move on to their manager, Matt. I only just saw Matt today, and even though he hadn't actually worked on my laptop at all, he was nevertheless concerned about my situation and was curious as to what had happened. After explaining to him the situation, in terms of the unprofessionalism, and callousness of the employees from Batteries Plus, Matt was sympathetic to my cause without trying to sell me something and mentioned that it's unfortunate that the work ethic of people nowadays is on the wane. This isn't the case with the employees from Digital Doc. These guys are truly genuine and professional and care about what they do. They listen to you! Please choose these guys over Batteries Plus, UBreakIFix, and other places like that. Why? First, they deserve your business, and I want them to prosper. Secondly, I don't want what happened to me to happen to you, be it your phone, your tablet, your laptop, etc. Matt, Adam, and Payne gave me a little more hope in terms of professional employees in our time, which seem to be few and far between.

The store is located kind of across the street from Target, next to a dentist office, and is basically one of the first places in Chesterfield Valley, right next to the first light (or last light, depending on where you're driving from), which may be a reason that Digital Doc might be slightly overlooked, but please, if you're having an issue with whatever it is you have, go...

Aaaannnddd another review for the amazing guys at Digital Doc, June 2025: This time it is my daughter’s phone AND my son’s phone. I walked in and Adam, who is awesome, was kind and professional as always, was able to assess both phones, give an estimate (which is always very reasonable), and they will fix both a short time later. Stop going across the airport road to pay more and not get a quality repair. Go to Digital Doc!!

When one of my son’s IPhones (various generations and well used) begins not charging well or holding a charge, the first and only place to go is Digital Doc in Chesterfield Valley! Adam is always helpful and gets the repairs done quickly! Thank you!!

I absolutely 100% hands down recommend Digital Doc in Chesterfield Valley! Adam and Matt saved this mama of a kiddo with special needs (once again) from a lot of stress! I inquired by email about a replacement screen for one of my son’s beloved IPhones that was shattered. These gentlemen emailed me right back and once we spoke, Adam ordered the part we needed. It arrived in like 2 days and they called, and within 45 minutes they had my son’s phone as good as new to him before he even got home from school. They are friendly, professional and completely honest with you from start to finish!

Digital Doc in the Valley is THE place to call or visit when your phone, tablet, PC, or laptop are on the fritz. Thank you, guys, so very much!!!

I LOVE Digital Doc in Chesterfield! Once again, my son was too rough on the charging port of one of his beloved Apple products and Digital Doc to the rescue! Not only did they repair the phone port, but they made suggestions on alternative ways to charge my son’s devices. My son has multiple disabilities and being down a device is downright stressful for me, but Digital Doc is my lifeline. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!! Thanks again for the suggestion for the charger! It has been a game-changer, Digital Doc!!

Previous Review: We have visited twice in the past several weeks as our son (who has disabilities) is very rough on his Apple devices. We walked in both times and they were helpful, knowledgeable, and completely honest every time. We were shocked how reasonable their pricing is for diagnosis/part/repair.
