**Napoli Bros Pizza and Pasta Review:** I recently visited Napoli Bros Pizza and Pasta at 17081 N Outer 40 Rd Suite 205, Chesterfield, MO 63005, and had an extremely disappointing experience. To begin with, the pizza was simply not edible. The crust was flat and flavorless, reminiscent of cardboard. The sauce tasted like it came straight out of a can, lacking any freshness or flavor. The only redeeming elements were the fresh mozzarella and the mushrooms on my wife's pizza. It's clear that they don't understand what Neapolitan pizza should taste like. From the moment we walked in, the experience was off-putting. The greeter seemed terrified and confused by our presence, which was unsettling. She took our order three times and still got it wrong. For a restaurant in such an affluent neighborhood, you'd expect a higher standard of service. Opening a box labeled "Napoli," we anticipated a quality pizza, but we were sorely disappointed. Despite having an excellent location and presumably a good oven, the quality of the pizza was abysmal. It was infuriating to pay $44 for two Margherita pizzas (one with mushrooms and one plain) and receive such poor quality food. They even added tomatoes to the plain pizza without asking. To anyone considering a visit, not sure where the rave reviews came from or the A-listing. I have tasted New Haven style pizza before and it tasted nothing like this. I would advise looking elsewhere. This experience was an enormous letdown, and I genuinely hope they make significant improvements soon. And Napoli needs to come off of that box if they are doing New Haven style Pizza because it is called "Ah-beetz“ or “ apizza“

Came in for dinner with a large group. We had a reservation and tables were set up, but really squeezed us in tight. Ordered a pizza, came out so crusty that the other people at the table commented, but I didn’t want to cause a scene, so just ate some of it. Really over done. Two other people at my table got the same pizza, not done like that. We each got our own bill, which I know takes a little more time. When my bill came, I was charged $8.36 tip for a $22 pizza. Like 40%! Apparently without telling the person that made the reservation, they just add up all the food and add a 20% tip, but then divide it equally among all the guest. So the person sitting near me that had a pizza, salad and alcoholic drink paid the same tip as I did, although I only ordered a pizza. The explanation was that is how our system does it. If that is the case, it is ridiculous. I got over charged by about $4, while my friend got away with paying $4 less for her tip. Why is this system in place. Management could not have cared less. “That’s how our system does it” is not acceptable. This group has been going out together for over 4 years all over St Louis and St Charles county and we have never encountered this “system”. It didn’t do this with our taxes, we were taxed appropriately. People order according to their budget, they don’t want to subsidize the other diners. Do better!!

An amazing experience! The food was amazing! I had the margarita pizza with a couple of additions and it was amazing, my grandparents split a build-your-own pizza. Our server was incredibly kind, informative, and attentive. Napoli took the customer service and hospitality that they have in their finer dining experiences and translated it perfectly to a more casual setting with Napoli Bros.

They definitely take pride in their work here too, when we wanted to do more than 3 toppings on a pizza we weren’t stopped but he did inform us that it may interfere with the integrity of the pizza and make it harder to eat, with that warning we decided to stick with 3 toppings.

And for those who don’t like pizza there are options for you, they have pasta and a few entrees. Their menu was small but focused and certainly delicious!

The pizza’s are large enough to share, or have a few slices and take the rest home!

My only issue is the atmosphere and decor didn’t really feel right? It just felt artificial in the decor and a little tacky, but the food, staff, and hospitality make it worth it!

I had come for my birthday and will be going back for my anniversary, thank you Napoli for an...
