I honestly which I could give a 5 stars review . This is not toward the museum itself but a woman that was working the upstairs counter right outside the gift shop. This past Friday my husband , son and I were visiting Chicago for the first time and decided to go to a few museums because we all love history. Tour of this museum started out great , very interesting and the VR experience was amazing. We were walking around and noticed a woman stop her tour and walked away in a hurry. Honestly didn’t pay her too much attention. We finished our tour and started walking towards the exit when I figured I should use the rest room . My husband and son waited for me near the elevator door and got distracted on their phones when the woman from the counter approached them and accused them of being police officers and if they were calling back up . And just wanted to learn about what happened in the holocaust and how tragic it was . She judged us...

I would recommend this museum for the way it thoughtfully offers visitors a way for them to educate themselves and engage with the content in a way which is both compelling...

Most importantly, we felt the living presence and vibrant memory of the survivors who shared their experiences virtually. The exhibition should be widely and dramatically featured in every advertising campaign...
