Worst customer service experience ever - by far worst ever today. I’m not sure who is In charge of the circus of people working and pricing but training is desperately needed unless, they are in the business of lying to kids to their face and making them cry during the holidays. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. Just remember each child your talking to may have an issue you know nothing about- it could be a disability or anxiety but what you say will ruin the whole week for this kid with your employees type of attitude - while you’re selling games. Not acceptable. Please retrain your staff with some sort of kindness and care and knowledge. I’m not even asking for a smile I’m asking for you to not make children cry at the checkout line by telling them to go get a game for free Bc the third one is free then watching you tell the two small boys you see paying with their own money “sorry all games but that one”? The kids think you’re a joke. Was it worth the ten dollars to you? I hope so. Support small business even though they charge more- keep your local game shop alive, this place is a joke along with the higher ups in charge for the lack of care displayed so effortlessly. Read moreI just wanna start off saying… I only came in to browse for 360 games as I’m getting back into and was blown away by the manager, dalton, and his sales associate summer. Absolutely amazing, I bought 1 game and was there for 30 minutes talking about games, there love for the company, how knowledgeable and friendly and overall happy to be and pride themselves with how well the stores doing. I’ve been in corporate a long time and this was a amazing experience.. I just wanted to give them credit for how amazing they were as representing the company but also taking care of me and asking if I needed or wanted anything else. I hope this reaches someone high enough because I never leave reviews, but I had to for this.. they deserved it. Thank you guys so much and I will be referring my friends/Clients to this location as much as I can! Amazing people thank you again! And I can’t wait to play OG halo 1 that I got for less then $10! They have a rewards card that comes with a year subscription to games informed magazine and money off used games plus different perks each month. Sometimes they are pushy trying too get you to preorder games. Also they get to take home and play new games then bring them back and resell them as new even thou seal has been broken and game has been played but because it was done by a employee they can sell the game as new which is not right. Stores usually have a PS4 and Xbox one setup to play. Store is often busy but they do try to make the regulars feel like your their friend.
