My husband and I went in a little after 9 for some dinner, as we often do. The staff that waited on us, Shawn, was clearly perturbed by our existence. He was cutting us off while ordering to ask the next question, pounding away on the touch pad like a court stenographer all while tapping his fingers from his other hand on the counter as if he wanted to advertise his irritation. Now I know it was almost closing time and he probably wanted to get out of there, but treating people as if they are bothering you to do what you are literally there to do, is unacceptable. Once it came down to him asking if we wanted any drinks, he had made the situation so uncomfortable we declined. The staff that made our food was super nice and assured us that it was okay that we came in close to closing time. Food was good as expected, we always order the same thing. Fast forward to ordering cookies. My husband went over to the bakery area, and our irritated friend Shawn was there to wait on him. My husband said excuse me and said he would like to get some cookies. Shawn was looking at a paper, looked up to see who was talking and sighed as if lost his check at the races. He threw the paper down, and ran back over to the touch pad and began practicing for stenographer olympics again. My husband kindly let him know that all the extra antics were not needed, and reminded him all he wanted was to purchase some cookies. Shawn interrupted to apologize, but his demeanor did not change one bit. A lady who appeared to be the manager was there, but she seemed way to stressed with whatever paperwork was consuming her attention and having a solo conversation with to address this employees behavior with her. We will definitely return because we are frequent flyers, but hopefully Shawn will have landed his dream stenographer job by our next visit because if heās there we will not be. 5 stars for the nice man who made our food, 0 for Shawn and the manager who was oblivious to see what...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been a part of the sips club for years and I also place a breakfast order quite often. I am a very professional person. When I went in to get my order at the pick up station and noticed that my cup was missing, I nicely asked the woman behind the counter For the cup. And she said āwell if you wouldāve known by dealing with me, you would know itās inside the bag. ā That was a very rude response and that is a first time in two years my cup has ever been placed inside a bag which I would need to open to get it out to fill up. All businesses should be run systematically and every employee should do the exact same thing. I believe thatās why they have employee training. I run my own successful five star business. It is very confusing to customers and especially when we are given a rude response like that. I almost want to cancel my membership, but since I donāt have too many issues here, I will continue to keep it as long as I am not treated rudely again. I asked a simple question and because she decided to do things her own way and confused the customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI usually come into this Panera with my family. I never have a problem but today I come in with my family and the lady in the front has an attitude with myself for no apparent reason. I ordered my food on the kiosk but forgot cups so I was going to order them at the register with this cashier. She told me I had to order them on the kiosk, so I did. I return to the register to let her know I ordered my cups at the kiosk and her immediate response was AGAIN attitude as if it was a bother to ask her for anything. She asked us what size cups we had I told her, she was still not understanding? Or something so she asked for my name which understandably is hard to pronounce due to the spelling. So when I tell her my name she couldnāt find it? So I spelled it for her, she again asks us what size cups and I tell her again and she is like ignoring me atp and asks again to my husband. We have been here and had plenty of experiences with this particular woman and have never been treated this way by her or ANY other staff members here. This happened...
