I had ordered an online order from Walmart plus with my Food stamps Card. The amount of the order was taken. My order was processed and ready to be picked up for a driver to deliver it to me on May 5, 2025 between the hours of 8 PM and 10 PM. Mind you I now have to go pick my order up myself after I had talked to customer support and the support agent had told me that she was going to expedite my order to be delivered as soon as possible today I waited all day long did not get no delivery so I called customer support With Walmart and I was told because I did not want to cancel my order because Iām afraid I am was not going to get my food stamps back so I did not cancel my order and now I have to go pick my order that I ordered on May 5 and now Itās May 7 and I have to pick my order up when it was supposed to be delivered to me between the hours of 8 PM and 10 PM on May 5. This is such an inconvenience and Iāve been with Walmart plus a.k.a. app for over a year and a half And all they wanna do is just give me a $15 promotional code ridiculous Walmart plus app customer service really sucks. Iām supposedly considered to be a loyal customer, but guess what people I donāt feel like I am. I would not trust the delivery people to deliver your orders if I was you I wouldnāt have nobody deliver it. I would just go pick it up myself. Iāve been going through this for over two days now Iāve not eaten in over two days since the fifth this is crazy total utter craziness and Iām so very dissatisfied. I really am thinking about leaving Walmart plus And losing my loyalty member ship with them because they donāt give a rats care for their customers all they want is your money. and this is the Walmart supercenter out of Chicopee Mass...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't know who the hell runs the delivery at this place for groceries but they aren't doing a good job. At all. So unprofessional and such an inconvenience to a paying customer. I placed an order to be delivered at 6pm - 7pm. The order was placed well before the time of delivery and it is now 11:26pm and apparently the delivery has been on its way forever now. Not only did I never receive my order, when calling the store to verify if the order would infact arrive TODAY all I was told was "we are waiting for the delivery driver" ...??? It only took talking and chatting with 3 different customer service reps to resolve my issue. At first I wasn't even refunded my ENTIRE amount leaving me no choice but to contact customer service again to demand a full refund! What even is that? Never again. If you want delivery try somewhere else because apparently Walmart seems to enjoy wasting their customer's time as you can see from the reviews. My fault for not reading these reviews before hand as I always do.
About the store/Staff: It is super unorganized everything is moved around you can't even find anything. If you ask anyone for help they don't even acknowledge you and give you a blank stare. Oh and they love to watch you like if you're some sort of theif. Extremely rude staff who stare at the assist lights and come over to self checkout whenever they please as if you have all day to wait around for them. Do better.
Atleast the gentlemen I spoke with last had the patience to help me resolve this issue and get my money back.

The biggest problem was she was racist to her own kind and Puerto Rican half Italian, this lady talking in Spanish, and then told me that I was a disgrace to her race because I had a Puerto Rican shirt and I did not speak Spanish. I took this very defensive. I will be calling corporateā¦. I would put the ladies name out here but at the end of the day this is a professional place and Iām not that kind of person but I did not like the way she talked when I talk to the managers. Hopefully they got the message to her because I will be calling corporate. I would never go back to this place to the person that was disrespectful. Welcome to United States of America just because youāre from another country doesnāt mean you bring it over to our country It almost made me feel like we were in Puerto Rico and itās their way or the highway that lady needs a lesson on how to talk to people not everybody speak Spanish in at the end of the day I donāt have to because I live in America please teach your employees how to respect people that buy things at your store.
