My 7 year old said I had to give it 5 stars and his review...."It was a lot of fun". My review is that he had a lot of fun. It's really bright and well lit and everything seemed clean. It's a little small and there isn't a ton of different things but my 7 year old and his 16 year old sister had a lot of fun and we spent a decent amount of time there. It's 10$ a person which honestly is about right. Maybe adults should get in cheaper with their kids but with the prices of everything these days 30$ for an afternoon of air conditioned play seemed fair. It is 150$ for a yearly membership which for us would only be 5 visits so we will probably do that. My son told our neighbors kids about it and he is already wanting to go back so I imagine we will hit it 5 or 6 times just this summer. I would recommend it just don't expect a huge place.

This is a wonderful dedication to the Children of the greater area know as Chillicothe Ohio. It is inspiring and wonderful as the staff is eager to play and bring joy, as well as educate those who venture inside. With fun events like, visits from Paw Patrol (pictured below) and pumpkin painting, whoCouldask for anything more?

My son enjoys this place and we usually have his parties here. 150 for a year membership is equal to 7 visits without one so I think it's very worth it so long as you go more than 7 times a year. I do hope they get more for the little ones to play with as part of their expansion plans.

This place is a fun, hands-on place for kids to explore, learn, and burn off some energy. There are plenty of interactive exhibits, like the Scarf Tree, where kids can watch scarves fly through vacuum tubes, and the Pretend Hospital, complete with toy medical tools and an X-ray machine. The Mighty Water Table is always a hit (bring extra clothes), and the Dig Site gives little archaeologists a chance to uncover hidden "artifacts." The Giant Lite Brite and Farm to Market exhibit also add to the variety of creative play. I think they have lost some Lite Brite pegs over the year or so and they could really use some new ones/added.

The museum also offers programs like Member Mornings, Toddler Takeover, and Sensory and Song, which add a nice touch of structure to the visit when offered.

That said, it’s a bit disappointing that even adults who are just there to supervise still have to pay the full $10 admission fee. It seems like there could be a reduced rate for non-participating chaperones.

Overall, it's a great spot for kids and worth a visit if you’re in the area, just keep the admission...

Would not recommend for birthday parties. Had my daughters 2nd birthday party here. Was charged $200 for the 2 hours. When I arrived no tables were set up. So part of the 2 hrs were taken for setting up. As part of the price, an activity was suppose to be provided. Then the woman continued trying to push us out the door before our time was over. After the party, I emailed the Museum about not providing activities that I paid for. She told me to swing by to pick them up. When I told them the party is over, there’s no need for an activity. Could I be reimbursed or free tickets to the museum, they won’t respond back. Save your money and the...
