I'm a loyal customer to L.B.Ā Two of my local L.B. stores have recently closed in my area.Ā I shopped at West Covina Mall & Glendora locations for many years. I am so sad that they closed both of them near my home.Ā I looked up & found the Chino location which is 34 miles round trip from my home. I decided that I would take a trip out the Chino location. I want to say that the Customer Service was absolutely outstanding. šÆ percent worth the trip. I was so impressed I asked them for each of their names because I needed to tell L.B Corporate Office how well I was treated.Ā MarLisa, Maissel & Cindy all gave me such great service. There were two employees who both had their backs turned to me folding clothes and sharing TikTok videos with each other. Clothes shopping is already an uncomfortable experience for me and I felt even more uncomfortable when I was ignored despite being the only one in the store. They eventually asked if I needed a fitting room when I randomly passed them, but it made me feel rushed and as though I had interrupted them. I ended up walking out as I did not wish to support a business that won't even do the bare minimum of greeting and inquiring if I need help.
