I was treated to my first meal at El Toritos Locos by a good friend/coworker of mine. We went in for a good ol' Taco Tuesday outing. I didn't get to choose entirely what my order consisted of; however, I was given the amazing opportunity to enjoy my favorite type of taco meat, which is Al Pastor. To my surprise I was overwhelmed by the flavor of their meat. It isn't everyday that you come across such a delicious taco al pastor. I can definitely say I will be visiting more often to get my filling. I was also treated to a few tacos dorados but I can't specifically say much about those considering I shared the experience with my family when I took those home with me. The gifted meal and outing wasn't just for me. It was meant to show appreciation from my pal for a nice treat my mother and I had given him prior to this visit. I didn't have an interaction with the staff or anything given it was a placed order by the recommended and not the treated. But, I'm certain he would not be going there if the food quality and staff politeness...
Read moreI wanted to like this place. I work in the area and came to check it out for the rest of my co-workers. Regardless of what I received which was good, the speed of service left way too much to be desired. On my lunch break I came in and ordered a chile verde burrito specifically because out of all the things on the menu, this should be the quickest. Chile Verde takes hours to make so I know it's prepared well before hand. it took me 16 minutes to get a burrito for lunch. close to no time to finish it and I told my co-workers," You may like the flavor, or you might not, but for lunch it just isn't an option. I was told the food was coming right up and I did not get an apology for a long wait, which tells me that 15 minutes for a burrito at lunch time is the norm, not good. Was hoping to support a local Mexican run business but have to consider...

Grateful that they serve breakfast burritos are all day (love that), and they’ve got a salsa and toppings bar.
Quick service, and we managed to get a seat inside. Definitely gives hole-in-the-wall vibes with a straightforward, no-frills setup. The food? Honestly, it looked better than it tasted with decent portions but lacking that extra flavor punch - very reliant on the salsa.
Good for a quick bite if you’re in the area, but not something I’d...
