UPDATE** A couple of months back I was completely blown away by the metamorphosis of my daily driver car after having Big Moe and Ariana work their audio magic on it. It feels like a brand new ride, only better. So naturally, as I was getting my next project tuned up and ready for the summer season and the official 4th of July kick-off, I entrusted them with the task of updating the system in my Jeep TJ.

I had explored this before at other places but always felt like they were pushing me into a corner to buy flashy stuff that didn’t make sense. What set Big Moe and Ariana apart is their personal touch. They remembered me from my previous visit and welcomed me back like a long-lost friend. They immediately asked me about my experience and what my habits and locations I was driving to gauge what was appropriate. They took into account the limited available space and the security of an open-top vehicle which could leave anything exposed to theft.

By the time they finished and listened to what I already have, they designed a new system that was like a symphony to my ears and coupled it with pricing that was simply out of this world. I had to say YES! I went to grab a bite down the street at Buffalo Wild Wings and before the check came, Big Moe was on the line, letting me know I was ready to roll.

I came back to find they not only had installed all the equipment we discussed but also redid all the wiring for my amplifier. They sat with me to tune the system to my type of music and showed me how to use everything. It was like a private concert just for me. I’m not just a client, I’m a fan for life!...

Monique met us immediately upon walking through the door. They open at 9, we arrived exactly at 9, staff and show room were immediately ready for customers. My Jeep is a 2013, used daily for dog sports, commuting and off roading. It has no bells or whistles, I don’t even have electric windows. I’m ready for an update that includes blue tooth.

John drafted me an Audio package that included car play, speakers, surround sound, amplifiers and included a back up camera all for a great price which includes a Military discount! I’m looking forward to good quality sound for future adventures! Installation was completed in just one day! The screen swivels, the surround sound box is nicely hidden and the back up camera is beautifully mounted a part of the license plate cover, genius!

I have no doubt my ancient Jeep will turn heads when I cruise the boardwalks with the sound up the doors off!

I necer write reviews that how bad my experience was at this place 5 star is no where neae this place if i could give it a-5 i would I took my car into Audio One to replace a factory radio that went out, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. They sold me an aftermarket Tesla-style radio that seemed fine at first, but the problems started right away.

First, they failed to tell me that my steering wheel volume buttons wouldn’t work after installation. Then, instead of fixing it properly, they hooked up my bass and amps to a cheap separate knob — extremely ghetto and dysfunctional. That knob broke within a week.

Soon after, my car battery started dying randomly. They blamed the wiring and sold me $280 worth of “new wiring” that didn’t fix the problem. Then they told me to buy a factory radio online, which I did, only for them to claim it was the wrong one instead of helping me order the correct part.

When I went back, instead of standing behind their work, they just tried to upsell me again. This is their entire business model: keep you coming back with problems and sell you more junk equipment. They are unprofessional, forget what they told you, don’t keep receipts, and don’t care about their customers.
