Chula Vista Car Audio — Attraction in Chula Vista

First I have got to say that CHULA VISTA CAR AUDIO & SECURITY is my new one stop shop to get my car worked on!!! I went to a car audio shop and got a quote for an Alarm and the dude gave me some BS price!!! So I ended up still needing an alarm for my car as I was cruising down Broadway and saw CAR AUDIO sign plastered on a wall of a building!!! Decided to stop!!! I think it was the best decision I made that day!!! Cuz I ran in to Omar and dude was straight up and to the point!!! Not to mention that I am disabled and Omar politely came outside on my lady's request!!! Like I was saying Omar gave me a straight up price that I couldn't argue with!!! Paid the man and came in the next day a lil late but Omar's dad!!! I'm going to call Sr. cuz dad and son's name are Omar!!! Then Gets my key and they started the install!!! It took a lil but alarm was installed with a little custom work from the installer JUANITO!!! Dude is SICKWITIT when it comes to installing!!! And that's coming from a dude that use to work in car audio!!! But in the middle of the install!!! I was looking around the shop and then I was asking Omar questions about subs not thinking I was going to get one but ended up rapping up a sweet deal for a sub and amp package with install!!! But the install was mediocre and installer was Maybe a little nervous!!! Might have been his first today!!! Cuz tools were way to new and install reflected!!! But Sr. looked at the install and came up with a solution to fix the install!!! I ended up leaving a happy man after Alarm and system was done!!! Was well worth the wait!!!

Not to mention the sub and amp set up is like a match made in heaven!!! Cuz bumping this thing!!! I get way to many compliments on how it sounds!!! Omar and his dad really knows their stuff!!! And the mad props to the installers Juanito and Leon!!! Can't say enough on how Omar and his dad are very hospitable and they definitely know what they are talking about!!!

Please dont make any kind of deals with this company. They dont stick to their word. There are 2 guys that run this place. I bought a pair of infinity speakers 6 months ago. 1 of the owners told me i have 1 year warranty, well i bought them for $300.00. They promise that nobody can beat broadway audio price. That if i found someone that can beat their price, broadway audio is going to beat the competitions price. A week after, i found them for $120.oo for both pairs and ofcourse they arent man enough to keep their word. I said ok i didnt do my reaserch so i lost on that 1. Well now my speakers blow out i go back and ask for them to be replaced or new ones because i do have warranty. Sorprise, sorprise.... they said No!! That the warranty does not cover blow out speakers. (I wounder what it covers?) Instead they wanted me to get the Capa speakers ( a higher end of the infinity) for $ 280.oo for both pairs. When their compatition has them at $90.oo a pair with components. And the owner still got mad when i mention this. If a man gives his word he most stand by that word. Atleast that was the way i was raised. People, do ur reaserch before u buy here. This is what i call a scam. A man who cant keep his word.... their is car audio stuff a lot cheaper....

Came in with a non-stereo related item, and Omar looked at the item and agreed to have one of his techs look at it. I waited for a while, and a very capable tech asked for a quick rundown on my repair. In short, he was on it and completed it very quickly. It was an HVAC control screen that had gone blank. I had a replacement but did not have the wherewithal to replace it. What a pleasure to do business with this organization. Omar was accommodating, totally professional and will have my continued business. Thank you, CV Car Audio!!

The above was my first experience. My second was equally great. March 16th, 2022. I needed some auto tinting work done. They sub contract to a service that comes in by appointment. I made my appointment, provided a downpayment and came for my appointment several days later. I was totally satisfied; their sub is magnificent. He was diligent and performed the work quickly and my vehicle looked much better coming out that when it went in. Additionally, Mike who manages the shop is professional, affable and explains all completely. This shop does not get enough "cred"; I will heap it upon them.
