Chula Vista Woman's Club — Attraction in Chula Vista

The hall was very nice but the people who rented to us which were City of Chula Vista workers were absolutely horrible.The worse customer service from beginning to end.It started when I went to drop off my deposit this young Asian girl was rude with an attitude and the whole time would just roll her eyes.The other worker her name was Paloma was very nice that day when i was told I would be let in by 11:30 that was the earliest because there was a church there.My party was going to start at 1pm on a Sunday.Then a couple days before the party I called and was told 11:45 was the earliest.The day of the event we get there and it’s 11:45 and the church was over and the were all still there having a party.I then get a call from the young Asian girl saying I needed to pay the rest of the money or they could not open the doors with still a rude attitude.It is now 12 then proceeds to tell me I need to go to the rec center to pay the remainder .Get there and give the money and tells me she doesn’t have change and for me to go get exact amount.There is much more but as u see It was the worse experience on my daughters special day her Babyshower.Hall is nice,price is good but Chula Vista Rec...

Most un organized place I called, they gave me a run around telling me to view the venue (for my daughters birthday in March) so I scheduled an appointment for saterday they told me to come and went there, but was a party going on so I had to reschedule for Monday at 5:00, (yesterday) and no one was here so I called the lady answered all rude saying they close Monday’s and that someone already booked the venue the day I was booking it.
