Came here to have my ps4 console fixed 12/8/2022. Which the front salesperson told me what's the problem of the console and I explained to her. She texted messages, (Mohammed N.) whom was going to work on it. I was told by her, that I will be getting a called by them, to 5 or 6 business days to pickup. I "NEVER" heard from them! I called them(12/16/2022), and the salesperson(Jackie) told me over the phone, that it didn't work. The motor is burned out and it doesn't turned on. They must of opened the console and damaged it, That's why they didn't called me asap, and it was taking them longer to reply to me. Until, I had to called them. And I was told to Come, and pickup! 🤔 😠They were too much offering to sell me insurance, to have on the ps4 console, so it can be fixed. So, I told her, why should I pay for insurance first, if this company refused to have my ps4 console fixed.? 🤔 she didn't say much. This place is bad 👎 services. False advertisements and reviews about this place.👎👎😠 I would "NOT" recommend anyone to bring there ps4 console to be fixed at any ubreakifix. Bunch of ripped off's! I rate this place zero star's 👎. Shame on the owners & these people working here, promising to customer's to have it fixed on time for Christmas, and refuse to comply, and since the holidays seasons are just a couple of days. When I took my xbox one s in they diagnosed it and when i came back to get it it wasn’t even in the store. I had to wait about 30 min for my xbox to actually get it back because it was at their “second lab.” soon after i discovered that the one drive or disc drive was replaced with a disc drive for the xbox one x when my xbox is for the xbox one s. The way I know this is that the model number for the xbox one x is DG-6M5S-01B and the model number for the xbox one s is DG-6M5S-02B. There is a 1 and 2 difference between the 2 as you can see by the end numbers. When I went there to go back to get my disc drive the guy told me they don’t “replace them” when clearly my disc drive had been replaced because he was the first tech I went to. The manager said he had been working for 50+ years when he was clearly in his 50s. and proceeded to say all xbox models have the same “disc drive” when they clearly don’t, xbox’s have different disc drives, right after the xbox 360 they are different. I was shocked at the very much unprofessionalism that this store had. Do not come here for your console needs especially if you own an xbox or any other console, would not ever recommend the manger is unprofessional and doesn’t know devices well at all. UPDATED REVIEW I left the review and within 15 minutes I was contacted directly by Noori and he asked me if I could bring the phone over to review the battery and run a diagnostic since I wasn't happy with how the battery was performing. They opened the phone in front of me and showed me the battery (original piece), it had printed on the date it was manufactured which was a more recent date than when I had bought my phone, the point is that they did in fact change the battery the first time but still offered to change it again for another brand new one just so I could be more comfortable since I wasn't happy with how it was performing. They were so gracious about it from the very beginning to the moment I left. All they cared for was that I was satisfied with their service. If you go here for service and for some reason you don't feel fully satisfied, just reach out to them directly and they will do their best to make you happy.
