Villa Seville Apartments — Attraction in Chula Vista

The move-in experience was a very easy process...especially during the holidays and during a time with covid, it has been hard to look for something at an affordable price too! Jo-An the manager made our move in process very smooth and efficient, especially with both our schedules conflicting. She was so friendly and helpful! Also, we weren't anticipating on having any pets, but I found that I still needed the company & presence of having a pet with me. So the manager was very patient on waiting on the processing of my ESA letter for my puppy to live with us at the apartment. They were very compassionate about my "need" and understanding of my situatuon as well. On another topic, these apartments may be older, but they are maintained and kept up very nicely by the staff. At times, it is a bit frustrating not having visitors parking, but then again... this is probably why these apartments are so quiet. In all I'm happy & satisfied, for the price we're paying and glad we made...

I have been living at Villa Seville for almost 4 years. The property manager Jo An and staff are very friendly. Anytime I have needed repairs or maintenance they have been very responsive and gotten it fixed right away. I like that there are washers and dryers on site. Also, very pet friendly, my dog loves the dog park in the property. The property is in good condition and it is always clean. Never had any issues with neighbors, everyone seems friendly. I really don't post much about anything at all but I had to make an exception here. My experience moving into these apartments has been 100% stress-free. Joanne the apartment manager has been very helpful, friendly and accessible at all times. The apartments alone impressed me. Every single one of the maintenance people here do an excellent job at keeping the landscaping and the actual buildings in tip top shape.
