I have been a loyal customer of Apple Tree Market since its inception. As a long-standing member of the Chula Vista community, I take pride in supporting local businesses like yours, which offer a more personalized experience compared to larger chains.
However, I am writing to express my concerns regarding the customer service I have recently experienced at your establishment. While I have appreciated the quality of your products and the convenience of your location, there have been several instances where the level of service has not met expectations: Unavailability of Prepared Foods: Approximately six months ago, I arrived at your market at 7:45 PM to purchase dinner. Despite the kitchenâs posted closing time of 8:00 PM, I was informed that it was already closed. While I understand that preparations for closing may begin before the stated time, it was disappointing to be turned away during operating hours. Lack of Assistance in the Afternoon: On another occasion, my husband and I visited in the afternoon to purchase an agua fresca. We waited for 20 minutes without assistance, as the staff members present were occupied with washing dishes. This lack of attentiveness was disheartening. Queue Management Issues: Most recently, I waited in line for 15 minutes to purchase tortillas. During this time, I observed other customers who were not in line being served ahead of those who were waiting. When I raised this concern, I was informed that accountability among staff was lacking, which was troubling to hear.
I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will lead to improvements in your customer service practices. I believe that with proper training and management, these issues can be addressed to enhance the overall customer experience.
Thank you for taking the time to consider my concerns. I look forward to seeing positive changes during my...
Read moreBeen coming here for a few years and I love to get Pan dulce . Even my family from out of town come directly here to get it ⊠Yesterday i purchased a lot of the pan dulce since I had family over . We love to get the one that has like cream cheese and itâs in a shape of a triangle. We got a few of them and unfortunately the ones we got was MOLDY . We didnât notice since we had mixed it in with the other pan dulce thinking it was crumbs for the other pan.. itâs unfortunate that they donât throw away the old bread. Itâs obviously itâs been sitting for days . Who ever is in charge of this should check the bread and throw away old ones . They shouldnât be selling it to customers. And they should start putting dates on them too . We had consumed some of it before we notice , so far we havenât gotten sick and also contacted poison control.. please be aware of what you purchase. My aunt threw the pan dulce away so I was only able to take a picture of one of them with only a few...
