Horrible just became a PF Blackcard member on Thursday. Show up there the employee gives me a shirt and says he can’t give me a tour because he is the only employee at the desk , I’m like ok how many other employees could they have I asked myself! But I said to the guy ok it’s cool have a meeting to attend anyway. He said come back another day in the week I said alright will definitely come back. So here I’am now Saturday and show up for a mild workout until Monday so I can understand the equipment better. Walking I’m not greeted the young female working the counter is focused on 2 males standing around her work station flirting back and forth these guys are totally unprofessional customers with there elbows resting on the counter! You are there to workout and get healthy not POF at a PF .... This female employee didn’t say anything to me and just scanned my card and back talking with these customers. I’m like ok not a big deal at the time. So then finished working out and no soap in any of the bathroom sinks bone dry... But PF has tones of spray bottles of sanitation material and paper towels for equipment but can’t keep soap in the bathroom! I’m leaving walking to the door and I stop to tell a different female employee about the soap and she is distracted by another male customer talking about Gorilla milk or something like that and flirting also! She said to me bye have a goodnight I’m like no standing here for a reason... I said there is no soap in the bathroom she said oh ok I’ll tell someone and continue to chat with this guy customer. Like seriously Men are you that desperate to hookup with women that are working at a gym. I’m 36 widower male lost my wife in Malaysia and suffering with extreme PTSD and I’m trying to workout for my anxiety and have to see Thirsty guys distracting females from doing there job! Have customer service skills but don’t make it personal at work..... These employees are working with no supervision and management is only there on Monday-Friday what kind of system are they running here. PF you should have at least one customer relations supervisor on shift at all...

Most employees exude great customer service skills, and are very polite. Some workers have biases when it come to customer service and friendliness. Some employees profile certain individuals in the locker rooms. If you do not speak Spanish, some gym members will stop speaking English, and start speaking Spanish, when certain individuals are around. Some gym members go as far as retrieving their purses from their lockers, if non Mexican people are in the locker room. The bathrooms are not kept clean alot of times during the day. Here are photos from yesterday. One gym member saw the bathrooms, said, "How unsanitary", and decided not to use them. Just as I was writing this review, it happened again, three Mexican patrons, entered the locker room speaking English, saw me, started speaking Spanish, and left the locker room without locking up their purses. Personally, I feel that people who exude biases, get some form of karma somewhere in life, that will match their behavior. Although Planet Fitness quickly took care of their bathroom situation, it's Sunday September 30TH. I received sub par service from the two workers currently working. It's about 7:45 PM. The guy apologized. The girl Vivianna was argumentative with me when my massage lounger only went for five minutes. She said her screen says it's still going. I told her but it's not, would you like to go over to the chair. She said that didn't matter, I can't use anything until her screen says my time has stopped. I left the desk, when I returned she asked if I needed help. I told her not from her because she didn't help me the first time. So my lounge chair was not so relaxing. Those two are the worst workers I've experienced here so far. Update, December 2018, Some rude biased staff members, good morning sir welcome, mean while, I did not get a have a nice day, more than once. Some showers are flooding. Some patrons are nasty, and leave hair in the shower, trash on counters, and residue from various items they've brought in. ZERO STARS! BEWARE! this gym months ago took over 100 dollars from me. yeah 100 dollars even though i paid my ten dollars plus my 30 dollar annnual fee wich by the way was actully not even a year annul fee more like a 6 months fee! I came in to cancel my membership i thought everything was done and over i even ASKED THE LADY OVER AND OVER if my membership was cancelled I VERFIED SO MANY TIMES. i thought it was over NOPE! not even a hour after my next paycheck they took 54 dollars from me twice (thats why i canclled the first time for unncessacry and nonsense charges after paying the ten dollars as they to would charge me ten dollars almost every week never monthly so thats a scam). THIS WAS THERE MESS UP I CLEARY ASKED IF MY MEMBERSHIP WAS OVER. I went in asking for my money back and the manager said there was nothing they could do because it wasnt "there mistake" when clearly it was they said i had two memberships one regualr one and one plantimum mebership but how is that posisble when they said i wasnt eligible for the premium membership when i signed up! and even if that was the case why couldnt the lady who cancelled only one of my memberships see that. SO CLEARLY IT IS THERE MISTAKE. on my app only i can see my account shwoing one and as soon as i cancelled i couldnt even use the app it signed me out signaling my memberhip was over so please explain. My bank was no help either so i had to switch to a whole new card and whole new comapny wich was so annoying and something i wouldnt have to do in the first place. This gym also is always super dark inside and the machines are always broken or super slow. I never wanted to come here and dont get me started on how many tweakers there are around. Do yourself a service and go to the planet fitness in National city its way way better.
