My boyfriend ordered a torta and tostilocos on door dash from this place. The only positive thing was the tortas. I was really disappointed about the tostilocos. As I opened the box there was a hair stuck to a peanut and a very large piece of hair. We returned it and told them the situation. They were able to make us a new batch but I don't think they know what tostilocos are because they made us a batch of toppings (no Chile chamoy or tostito chips) Cueritos were very soft too, not the tough texture that you would expect. We did however had a small bag of tostito chips from the door dash order and mix all the chips together, I personally was annoyed doing that. Update: Had to change my original review to 1 star because I returned to this restaurant and staff was very unprofessional. I ordered a torta to-go over the phone and arrived 20 min after to pick it up. Woman in counter charged me as soon as I arrived and failed to mention she had not even started my order. Waited an additional 20 min to get my food and realized it wasnt made until another clerk showed up with bread! So they charged me and made me wait for something they didnt even have. When someone orders to go it's usually because they have stuff to do and don't want to sit around and wait at your restaurant. Will not return here. Very...

I recently was in San Diego for two weeks and ate here 10 of those days. Delicious food and excellent prices. Tried tejuino there for the first time and loved it. Their vegetarian sandwiches are the best with plenty of avocado. The fresas con crema was perfect, the crema was not too sweet and the strawberries weren't tangy. Their Bionico was also delicious with a large variety of fruit. They do take a little bit long to get your order but it's worth the wait as they cut everything when you order so it's extra fresh.
