Huntington Bank — Attraction in Cincinnati

I just want to leave a review and say thank you to the staff at the Red Bank location. They completely made up for my awful experience at the Madison road branch. I could not have have had two more polar opposite experiences. I left a review for the pathetic customer service I was given at the Madison road location and I felt obligated to leave a positive review for you guys because you truly deserve it. I greatly appreciate the help I was given and hope you guys see this. I am not concerned with talking to your higher ups as I received an automated reply to the review left for the Madison branch. I hope they value the work you guys do as much as I and I am sure others do....

I like this bank ... low hassle and never have I had any big issues. Drive through takes a little time,But I can give them ID And make a deposit... other banks send out a slip to fill out etc... so they look up everything and make it easy ..I just wait while they do it.. way better than trying to write on my...
