U.S. Bank Branch — Attraction in Cincinnati

I’ve been banking with them for over 10 years. I take the same checks there every Friday to get cashed. Never had a check bounce, go bad nothing. Today the guy would not cash my check because my id was 33 days expired. A few weeks ago they told me they couldn’t give me any cash back because of policy. After allowing local Hyde Park residents to park in the parking lot for 2 years, the Bank decide without notification to no longer allow parking. Without notification to residents, 14 cars were towed at midnight. The Bank continues to be a very lousy neighbor on many levels not just speaking of this instance. Sad to write this, in January (2025) I provided my ID and withdrew $450. Instead of drawing it from my account, they drew it from my father’s account with the same name. Clearly different birthdays though. Major information risk breach. As a fellow employee of the bank I was astounded at this mix up.
