VIP Smoke Shop - Glenmore — Attraction in Cincinnati

Bad business, has no idea how to properly run a respectable company. I frequented this place for about a year because the owner gave me a sob story about how business sucks and he’s not getting enough customers, so to support my fellow man in his endeavors I exclusively shopped here for vapes as well as pen batteries. The vapes were all fine, but the batteries would always break within a month, which was fine, he needed the business and I wanted to help him succeed as we actually ended up building decent rapport, we always had a short conversation every time I went in and I enjoyed it. I come from a small town, and moving from big city to big city lately I missed the friendly, everybody knows everybody atmosphere you get in a small town, shopping here reminded me of that, until a couple days ago. Bought a new battery, it turned out to be an actual fire hazard right after purchase (button clicked in and wouldnt turn off, button fell into tube and was impossible to get out of position) and would not stop heating up until it got to the point where the entire pen was too hot to touch bare handed without burning yourself, so i threw it in a box and drove it back, where the owner told me he cant take it back or refund me because its broken… but he sold it to me broken? That was honestly my last straw, i easily gave this man $200 a month and now he wont see a dime from me. If he goes out of business it’s really his own doing and I no longer have any sympathy for this man. No respect for loyalty, no respect for customers, just a sad, sad, greedy little man. If you read this I hope you can learn not to bite the hand that feeds you. Ungrateful....
