Update: June 2025. I’ve had to revise my rating, from four to two stars. This store seems to be either understaffed or with indifferent managers. Aisles were littered with items, like a tornado had gone through. (June 2, 2024, 2pm). If the store looks like this on a weekday, I wonder what it’s like in the weekend. I’ve added a video showing the state is the store when I visited today. I tried to call the store to give feedback to a manager (not to complain, but to give customer perspective), and there was no way to speak to a live human. It’s a shame. I honestly wanted to give a manager a heads up that areas of the store were in shambles. I believe that offering “drive up” delivery is a mistake. If you don’t have enough staff to keep the aisles presentable (not to mention hazard free), then why offer an additional service? Last time I ordered for pick up I waited patiently in the store whole the same staff member worked outside drove up delivery and also the pick up desk for online orders. When services are added, are staff being added? Seems like this is not the case. I could be wrong. Long story short, I won’t be shopping here again. I’d rather go to a competitor with lower prices as the “in-store experience” is no longer superior to lower cost big box stores. (Previous review, 2024): Good selection. Clean store. Friendly staff. Last time I was there (June 2024), they had an interesting selection of pickle ball-related merchandise. Kind of random, but cool colors and items.

I needed a pair of dress pants for tomorrow morning. I went to target and of course they were out of the style that their online web page said they had 3 pair of. So I had to go with slim. I went to the fitting room, relieved to see they were open. The young lady at the counter tells me they are closed. I look over as there are 4 other Customers going in and out. She tells me that they drove far. She continued and says, I’m not allowed to let anyone in. So why do they get world class service but I can’t try on one pair of pants? Seems crazy that they get the privilege of knowing their close fit just because they drove 20 min.

I love target but this one is the worst location you can go to. Most of the items I come for anyways out of stock. Even though it says otherwise for this location online. And what is eft at this store is just thrown on the shelves. You’ll see the same trash on the floor or shelves that were there last week. Such as half drank pop bottles or candy wrappers. Remind me to never come back to this location

Let me set the seen: We live five minutes away from this location. As embarrassed as I am to say it, we make so many frequent purchases at this store that some of the staff and us know each other on a first name basis. We had an issue tonight with two kids present, where Nick had made an entire scene at checkout, SNATCHED Disney gift cards out of both my mother and sisters hands and told them that because I purchased my gift cards just before them, they could not purchase theirs. They had called security on my family when simply asking for someone to explain the policy on gift card purchases per person. We also had our two children with them and at one point security raised their voices, made a scene in front of the entire front half of the store, and frightened our girls. Nick and someone else were over heard saying “I already told them they couldn’t make multiple gift card purchases.” It was extremely intense considering we just asked for clarification on the purchase policy. They made us feel like we were doing something wrong when we just wanted to purchase our gift cards with our target red cards to take advantage of the 5% cash back for being a card member. I have never in my been so embarrassed and upset, to even have other guests in check out saying “I don’t understand why these ladies can’t just buy their Disney cards.” I know big corporate doesn’t necessarily care about customers that have frustrating or degrading experiences as such, and it doesn’t mean anything to anybody when a customer stop shopping at a store they previously frequently went to.. but we are to disappointed and hurt that we were made out to seem like we were doing something wrong. To upset our kids, and scare them, it was not necessary. To make a scene, over a question, and then for the staff themselves to not know the policies themselves and have to go refer to a pamphlet to read their own policies. Shame on this store, for not only not having their staff informed on policies of operations and sales, but for feeling the need to belittle a family who already gives Target more business than any other store around the West Side....

After just returning from a shopping trip at this location my surprise at the excessively deteriorating conditions would not leave me. As we walked into the store we were burdened with the question of do we go back out to get a cart or get dirty and clean the trash from the last remaining empty cart in the store. After cleaning the cart and wiping the handles down just in case we went through the pick up line dodging left and right around the carts full items balled up and thrown about from returns to go back on the shelves. (Judging by the store conditions they will never make it there.) As we walked through the store the amount of clothes and other items lining the floor was beyond anything I have ever seen. The shelves looked like something out of a third world country with empty and disheveled merchandise all over the place. After going through the self check out line (the because it was the only option) we spoke shortly with the attendant who was extremely pleasant and helpful. At least that much. We went next door to TJMax to find an item that Target was out of and it was like we were in paradise with clean lanes and merchandise hanging in its correct place and shelves neatly loaded. What a disappointment from what is supposed to be a step above and the anchor store of the entire strip center. The store management and Target corporate should be completely embarrassed by what they present to the consumers...
